The Luxury Travel Club レビュー

We had an absolutely fantastic trip to Kenya and Zanzibar, and I’d like to say a huge thank you to Urvi at The Luxury Travel Club for organising everything so well.

The Kenya safari was incredible, with some amazing game drives and experiences, followed by a beautiful and relaxing stay in Zanzibar. What made the whole trip particularly enjoyable was that everything was organised in advance — all the excursions, game drives, transfers and arrangements were booked and sorted before we even travelled. We genuinely didn’t have to worry about anything while we were away, as everything was taken care of.

Urvi was extremely helpful throughout the planning and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The attention to detail really made a difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the holiday.

We came home with some amazing memories and would definitely recommend Urvi and The Luxury Travel Club to anyone looking for a well-organised luxury African holiday.

Booking our very first cruise with The Luxury Travel Club was such a special experience, and we’re so grateful to Urvi Jani for making it even more memorable.

From the very beginning, Urvi was so warm, patient and thoughtful. She took the time to understand what we wanted and guided us through everything with such genuine care. As first-time cruisers, having someone we could completely trust made all the difference.

Thank you, Urvi, for all your help, care and kindness — you helped make our first cruise a truly wonderful memory that we’ll always cherish. ❤️🚢

We couldn’t recommend Urvi and The Luxury Travel Club highly enough!

We booked our Norwegian Cruise through The Luxury Travel Club, and we can't thank Urvi Jani enough for helping us create such wonderful memories.

As first-time cruisers, we were excited but also a little nervous, especially about choosing the right cruise and dealing with sea sickness. Urvi was amazing from the very beginning. She took the time to understand what we enjoy and suggested a Norwegian Cruise that gave us the perfect mix of relaxing cruise life and the active adventures we love, from exploring new places to hiking and walking.

Her advice on choosing our cabin was spot on. We felt comfortable throughout the trip, and the location was ideal for accessing the decks, activities, and dining areas. She also encouraged us to book restaurants and activities in advance, which was one of the best pieces of advice we received and made our holiday so much smoother.

What really stood out was how patient, kind, and genuinely invested she was in making sure we had the best possible experience. No question was ever too silly, and she was always happy to help.

This was our very first cruise, and it will always be a special memory for us. Urvi didn't just book a holiday for us; she helped create an experience and memories we'll treasure forever. Thank you, Urvi, and thank you to The Luxury Travel Club for such exceptional service and for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to our family and friends because Urvi Jani and The Luxury Travel Club are travel expert who truly cares about creating the perfect holiday.

Been booking with Didi at The Luxury Travel Club for over 5 years now and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Just got back from Dubai and when a hotel relocation came up she sorted it without any fuss, making our lives so much easier. That's just what she does every time. Always responsive, always on it and genuinely cares about getting it right. Completely trustworthy and I'd recommend her to anyone. Already planning the next trip through her

We had a fantastic holiday booked through Didi. Everything was spot on and really well organised from start to finish. All the information we received before departure was clear, helpful and gave us everything we needed to know, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.

We had a great holiday and couldn’t have asked for a better service. We’re already looking forward to booking our next trip with Didi! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service - can't recommend enough. Didi is always very responsive and comes up with great options for the most wonderful holidays.

Dear Director,
I am writing to formally bring to your attention the exceptional professional standards demonstrated by two of your team members, Dharam Patel and Devangi Mevani, during our recent multi-destination itinerary to the Maldives and Dubai.
The logistical precision executed by Travel Luxury Club was a critical success factor for this trip. Every component of our baseline travel portfolio—including complex multi-sector ticketing, transfer vouchers, and hospitality documentation—was issued with absolute accuracy.
In particular, I want to highlight their proactive crisis management during significant operational disruptions with Emirates. When our flight schedules were delayed and disrupted, Dharam and Devangi demonstrated outstanding technical competence by:
Real-Time Monitoring: Managing rapid Emirates flight status updates and instantly adjusting our transit timelines.
Ticket Revalidation: Handling complex re-ticketing and fare-class maintenance seamlessly behind the scenes.
Inventory Management: Coordinating immediate hotel inventory extensions to ensure continuous, uninterrupted luxury accommodation during the disruption windows.
Their ability to mitigate these airline disruptions dynamically, while maintaining the integrity of our luxury experience, was a definitive game-changer. They are an absolute credit to your organisation and perfectly embody the premium service your club promises.
Please accept our formal compliments for their utmost professionalism. We look forward to retaining your company's services for our future international travel portfolios

Flawless 14-Day trip to Kenya (safari) & Zanzibar.
Urvi is an absolute star!
We recently returned from an unforgettable holiday, and we cannot recommend Urvi enough!
From start to finish, Urvi put together an itinerary that was meticulously planned down to every last detail—covering flights, luxury hotel stays, seamless transfers, and even arranging the safe keeping of our excess baggage while we were out on safari. No matter how many questions we had during the planning process, Urvi was always prompt, cheerful, and happy to help.
The execution during the trip was completely flawless. Not having to worry about a single logistical detail made our holiday entirely stress-free and truly enjoyable.

We recently booked our Maldives holiday through The Luxury Travel Club and had such a lovely experience from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to Ms. Devangi, who was brilliant throughout. She was really friendly, helpful and patient with us, and always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were happy with everything. We had quite a few things we wanted from our holiday, and Devangi really listened to what we were looking for and helped us choose the right option.

We stayed at Sun Siyam Maldives, which was absolutely beautiful. The resort, the views and the whole experience were amazing, and we had such a relaxing time. It was exactly the kind of holiday we were hoping for.

What we appreciated most was how easy Devangi made the whole process. There was always someone we could contact if we had a question, and we felt looked after without it ever feeling pushy or like we were just another booking.

We’re really grateful to her for helping us organise such a memorable holiday. We would definitely book through The Luxury Travel Club again and would happily recommend Ms. Devangi to anyone planning a special trip.

Thank you again :)

In all the uncertainty of the Iran conflict we decided to use an agent for our recent trip to Sicily. Didi and her colleagues were amazing and suggested a hotel we had never heard of which was fantastic and perfect for our trip. The agency booked everything for us and were extremely helpful - communication was second to none. An easy 5 stars to award!

Just been to Light house golf Spa resort curtosy of Luxury Travel Club: Great venue, Great Food and really good golf course: easy to get your eye in follwwed by more challenging courses by the sea where the views are spectacular: Thrassian cliffs and Black sea Rama. All inclusive option great for my drinking buddies. Good Spa facilities too. When I come back would like to play Black sea rama and possibly ask to stay at that place in a villa.
