Finally received my order and it was incorrect. I didn’t get what I ordered have sent numerous emails and no one has bothered to contact me. There’s no contact phone number to call either. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

My package was sent to the wrong address, thank you spell check. After realizing that there was a problem I contacted the company to ask for help. They were awesome for helping me out and resolving the problem.

i was very happy with my magic princess purchasing experience .all three tutus are gifts and the girls have not received them yet but i am sure they will love them .will send a photo when i have one

Its hard to turn on for a child and battery does not last long

There is a smell to the products.......very very unpleasant. Leaving them outside to see if that helps. So far no.

I ordered a princess tutu for a friends daughter. After several weeks I received an e mail asking how i found the service. At this stage I still had not received the tutu so realised there must be a problem. I contacted yourselves and was advised that particular tutu had been out of stock and no one had realised hence my survey e mail. Upon contact the team was exceptionally helpful and gave me options as to what I could have. I received a different colour of tutu ( which was beautiful ) and a £5 refund. I was delighted with the tutu but I was even more delighted with the exceptional customer service.

The tutu arrived on time, but as it is a present for my grand daughter's birthday in September, she hasn't seen it yet. But I know she will love it!

I had placed the wrong street address on my order. It was a gift for my great granddaughter. I addressed the issue with Customer Service and they were kind and professional. They reordered a new TuTu, for my great granddaughter and sent it out to her, before the first one was returned to them and at no additional cost me. I wish all the venders I use online were as efficient!!!
