From beginning to end communication was extremely timely and pleasant. We are looking forward to using the new product!

I recently purchased a Haotian 100W JPT MOPA Split Fiber Laser from Maker's Chest, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial inquiry through the complex setup of a 100W machine, their support has been the best I have ever received.

Their technical responses aren't just quick; they are incredibly thorough, detailed, and genuinely educational. They don't just tell you which button to push; they explain the 'why' behind the settings, which is invaluable for any maker.

A huge standout is their LaserGuide AI Chatbot. It is hands-down the best online resource I’ve used for troubleshooting and fine-tuning—it saved me hours of trial and error. If you are looking for high-end laser equipment backed by a team that actually cares about your success and knows their machines inside and out, look no further than Maker's Chest. 10/10 experience!

While shipping took some time, they were very communicative and helpful during the entire process. The filters were the exact kind we needed.

My experience with The Maker’s Chest has been excellent. There were lengthy delays in the delivery of my machine that were completely out of Maker’s Chest control. Rather than just have me wait, Alina stayed in regular contact with both the manufacturer and me regarding delivery updates. She further provided me with difficult-to-find literature so that I could make use of the waiting time in order to lessen the learning curve upon delivery of the order. Shishir even contacted me to check in and let me know that he also was actively following the order’s progress. Alina has also subsequently checked in (over two months after the delivery) to see if I have any needs. I appreciate her customer service—before, during and after the sale.

As a small business owner, I prefer to do business with other small businesses that demonstrate shared values in their everyday operations. I also respect and appreciate the personal approach with which Alina engages her customers.

Great prices. Fast Responses. Shishir called me shortly after placing my order which was reassuring. I wanted a Haotian Fiber laser but was skeptical of some of the online sources. I found a dealer closer to my location, but they were completely non responsive. I came across Shishir and The Maker’s Chest through the Shop app, and they responded quickly to all my questions, had great reviews and some of the best prices I could find. I thought it may be too good to be true, but the laser showed up exactly as they said. I really have nothing negative to say. I would absolutely order through Maker’s Chest again.

My nightmare all started when I ordered the formart 2 from a vendor in Indiana. I should have known when the shipping was 102$ to Hawaii. Monday morning came around and instead of waking up to a delivery date I got a new shipping bill of 600$ I almost took a 💩. After back and forth with the sales lady I decided to look somewhere else, and to my surprise the 3d company had ran my card before the new shipping prices . I was 👹👹👹 now already behind I had to play the wait game with my refund . Once it came back 5 days later I was looking everywhere and calling everyone about that machine but everyone had on back order. busy with work , a new girlfriend , a bad back, and recent Covid , and cops always looking to ticket me in my phone . I started calling since I was blindsided earlier on shipping issues . I asked to please check in machine , shipping, and eta. Makers chest was literally the last guys I called .and were the first to call back . Polite with over the phone good energy , he told me that he had found the last one of earth. I almost 💩 in joy. I held my breath when he told me the shipping and it wasn’t that bad , I ate the shipping like a champ. He literally waited in the phone for my balance to handed over by the bank and made my order , my delivery date is June 11 so I can finally get my chocolate Buisness started . I was in pure joy and offered to Venmo him dinner but declined until he makes it to Hawaii , here’s the kicker if i am successful, I’m sending Braddah to Hawaii for dinner !! Pray for me . The set up of the Falcon 2 was challenging to say the least. Each time we had an issue, we were given direction on how to solve it. The step by step video for setting up the camera was excellent. I think we received good service after the sales.
We did find out that the air filtration system is too small to handle the 60W version. We are still looking into a system that will work.

Shishir at The Maker's Chest went above and beyond and made ordering so simple! We ordered the LaserPecker LP5 kit, but the safety enclosure was due to ship from overseas. Since I can't receive shipments from overseas at my company, he made sure that he received it first and forwarded the enclosure to us. Shishir took my call right away and walked me through the process until we received all of the items. I can tell he takes pride in his work and company.

Thanks to The Maker's Chest I purchased a C02 laser that fits my needs. Laser engravers are expensive and it's hard to make that purchase when you have no idea what to do or what kind of laser to purchase. Luckily I found Shishir at The Maker's Chest to make my purchase easy and feel good about what machine to buy. I gave him my concerns and questions and he suggested a couple different machines to check out. He also asked me questions to make sure I would get the right fit. After my research I decided to purchase the Flux Beamo. This laser is so fun to work with and easy for a newbie like me. The software is also user friendly for what I like to do, laser engrave on glass. I also went back to Shishir to purchase the rotary attachment and I'm waiting for that to arrive. One other thing I enjoyed about The Maker's Chest is no pressure. It took me awhile to commit and make the purchase and between the first time we talked until I called him back to make the purchase he did not keep contacting me and asking when I was going to buy the machine. For that reason, and many others, I will have no problem referring people to The Maker's Chest. Thank you so much!!!

Randy Anderson from Gravograph suggested I call Maker's Chest for the type of product I was looking for I spoke with Shishir Nigam who was very help full giving suggestions for what I needed. Decided on the X-TOOL F1-ULTRA. Ordered arrived and finding it to be excellent well-built machine. Would recommend The Maker's Chest to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The customer service here is outstanding—they just walk me thru all the laser cutters that i may need for my studio n the selection of laser engravers is impressive, I appreciated the hands-on advice and open communication throughout the entire process. If you're looking for quality laser engraver and cutters and fantastic support, I highly recommend them!
