So disappointed in myself that I didn’t read these reviews first because I am sat typing exactly the same thing!!
Got completely abused on messages after saying my delivery hadn’t arrived and then he blocked me! He offers Zero customer service! What a horrible little man!!

An egotistical man who is fake and admits he gets sent free things from companies he couldn’t care less about. He is abuses his followers and anyone who asks questions he doesn’t like. He’s a narcissist and a man with real mental health problems.
Feel sorry for the man he obviously had no friends and lives his life through his social media accounts.

It's concerning that this man is putting himself out there to help people . Vulnerable people . He is extremely abusive when you private message him. I asked him would he mind just to saying in his post about cold showers to build up on times minutes so that the nervous system can adjust and not go into shock which leads to anxiety. I'm a mental health professional who has the credentials (6 years training) so I have knowledge in the area. He said" no , I didn't ask for feedback , i personally think your full of s××t , Dickhed " And then proceeded to tell me i needed therapy. That and the rest of what was said over and back was screeshotted . My autistic son looks up to him and i mentioned him and he slated me for mentioning him . When I tried to explain why I mentioned him . He had blocked me . I was devastated because followed his story and believed in his recovery as well as bought products .

This guy on Instagram is beyond vile. In fact, he’s a raving lunatic. I watched him yesterday berate anyone questioning him.

Actually, more than berate, literally attempt to dominate them with disgusting commentary. It’s one thing to have an opinion, but it’s another thing to use your brand on public profiles expressing your view on heinous accusations, and incessantly comment and in effect show casing his brand, and also who he is.

He demonstrated he is beyond repulsive!

Your brand is you. And if this is his brand, it is beyond concerning.

Thank goodness some said they would screen shot this guys comments! And it appears I’m not the only one who agrees.

This man is absolutely vile, if you so much as question him on any of his social platforms beware he will look into your social accounts. From this he’s going to give you a load of abuse about your looks and your weight ….he’s seriously unhinged! Don’t buy from him please theres so many more professional people out there who can offer advice,he’s got no idea on nutrition or manners. Just google his name, wow just wow. He needs help. His ebooks are just a few googled recipes stolen from the internet, anybody can get them save your money.

He’s now stooped so low as to screenshot profiles and bodyshame people on his account. Swearing and ranting at anyone has seriously damaged what was left of any business he had left. Just look at his tik tok engagement.. boasts 3 million followers but nobody even comments anymore. !

Why do people follow this man. He is so rude especially to women. I complained about the e-book because it is total crap, and I got a barrage of abuse off him, he is disgusting!! He really has a chip on his shoulder, disgusting human being.

Just saw him be abusive to a woman on TIKTOK because they asked if meals taste funny after a few days in fridge. His video blatantly looked like at least a week worth of food stored in the fridge in his fancy meal prep containers. In the comment he said with many capitals, exclamations and hashtags that she was #thick #as #pig… pretty clear where he was going with that… because he freezes everything he won’t use in a couple of days.

Obviously the irony was lost on him that he wasn’t bright enough to see that his product pushing video was therefore misleading as he hadn’t bothered with a disclaimer.

What a horrible cretinous little man. Literally not surprised to see the trust pilot scores, I’m just glad people are saying it how it is.

Obviously one of those moronic people who thinks there’s no such thing as bad publicity- we’re all talking about him of course…

If I could write 0 stars I would, bought an ebook phone automated the wrong email, spoke to a very rude person on chat then they blocked me without the product or a refund absolutely disgusted no need to be rude!! All I wanted was it to be sent to the right email!

Sent my book back, didn't hear anything for weeks and after numerous attempts to get a refund, received harassing messages and even a withheld call from this horrible man. He refunded me 1p as he decided “thats what I was worth”. so many better creators that do meal prep. Don't buy from this welly.

I've received a barrage of inboxs from this man on Instagram after replying to another users comment on his page. Clearly drunk again. Vile man. Told me I needed to lose weight and was rude. Why people still engage with him and fund his life is beyond me.

Clearly drunk when messaging me abuse about potatoes. I hope noone buys anything from this horrible man.
He's now removed comments from that post and blocked me.

Narcissist who launched a personal attack on me for saying that he was insensitive to imply a young girl wouldn’t have died if she had followed his diet. Found my business page and started slagging off my weight and my life, judges people who live on council schemes and spends half his life abusing his ex partner publicly - I’m a size 12-14 so imagine how he talks about anyone bigger. Also posted pictures of a follower all over his stories and tik tok live for having an opinion that differed from his own - AVOID do not give this man your money. Far better meal prep books out there.

Used the chat function on the website as I was receiving an error when trying to download digital content I had paid for. I was told it was my problem, sworn at, called names, and was spoken to appallingly!! Disgusting

Ordered glass containers on the 1st of January and it is now the 10th of February and I’ve still not received my order.
I have asked for a refund only to receive a very unprofessional reply. If I didn’t know better I’d say the person messaging me was drunk.
I’m absolutely disgusted with the service from these con artists.
Avoid at all costs.

Sell a digital subscription without any content behind, sold as meal prep but it's just some workout plans ripped off the Internet. Not interested in discussing.

I ordered back in August and never received my product or a refund! I've contacted them repeatedly via email and via Instagram nothing back at all! Nobody is contacting me back it's actually ridiculous!

The meal prep king strikes again..folks do not buy anything of this scammer...sells cheap products form China and puts his logo on them...I purchased glass containers back in August and I am still waiting for a refund to which I was told he has to be refunded by the couring company before he will give me my money back? absolutely disgusting behaviour..I paid his company for a product too which I never received and not a refund..

I bought £100 worth of glass containers for one to arrive broken due to poor packaging. After initially responding to my email, he proceeded to ignore the rest and hasn’t dispatched a replacement or offer me a refund.

Spend your money elsewhere.

Very bad! I ordered the 27th of july. I haven’t heard anything about a shipment. I also wrote to their costumer service But haven’t heard back from them. I would not recommend ordering from This company!!!
