ThemeGrill has the best service by far! I had an issue with my web pages not displaying correctly. I contacted ThemeGrill's support team as I only make use of their theme templates. They went above and beyond to help me figure out what the problem was. Turned out that a malicious login was the culprit. Truly love having peace of mind when working with ThemeGrill!

the submenu items were not displayed in the mobile version. The error was fixed with CSS. I am happy and grateful.

And again the support helped me. Even after a week of tinkering, it didn't let us down.

The theme is wonderful, and the support has been great!

Been using one of their products for a few years. Only have had a couple of times I've had to reach out to support for an issue. Both times they were responsive and able to fix the issue quickly.

Barsha is a tremendous asset to the company! She has resolved every issue (three I believe) with flying colors! ColorMag Pro is everything you need to put an excellent website together! And if you have questions in regards to "tweaking" your website, ThemeGrill is the place to be!!

I have been using this template for a while and I'm very pleased with it. The support is quick, friendly, and there are regular updates. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

I use the ThemeGrill free Himalayas theme with the One Page demo template.
Since I'm new to this One Page thing I had some problems by customizing the theme. But Barsha from ThemeGrill helped me with her patience and friendliness. I had a lot of questions and she gave me promptly answers which resulted in 40 emails we exchanged. And now I'm very happy with all the customizations and the layout of the site.

Ive used Spacious theme on a couple of sites before and found them very easy and great looking to set up. This time i chose the 'Pet' version and totally love the theme, very easy to set up a great looking site. The support has been totally cutting edge. Instant responses to a few issues ive raised, with very easy to understand instructions of how to sort the problem out. Highly recommended, thank you all at ThemeGrill.
