I've been using the Zakra Pro WordPress theme for a few years now. It's very customisable, but occasionally there are things that I just can't figure out. Simply reaching out to the support desk provides a quick email solution to the issues, with them identifying the cause of the issue and providing any necessary additional CSS or theme functions html. (The issues have always been caused by other plugins.)

Zakra theme is easy to set up and control. The Zakra team is very helpful. The team is very willing and helpful in case of questions. They helped me customize design exactly the way I need it.

Colormag is very good for Magazine or News Blog, why? Because very speed for loading page, easy for edit and customize, the design is Futuristic

And... The support very clear and great.

I started using the free Spacious theme long time ago and loved it for its simplicity and easy customization. Last year I started using some of the other paid themes and haven't had to look anywhere else for my theme needs. [5/5]

Years ago, I started my wordpress website with "spacious". After upgrading to the "pro" version, i could use the brand new typography options – options that have been added and expanded especially for me.

The themes at ThemeGrill are some of the best and most intuitive I've used. Happy to buy the full package. A company that actually provides a decent service too. Had a recent problem after an update and their tech guy logged in and fixed with custom CSS.

I wrote to the help desk in early July, it took a month to resolve the matter. There were a couple of technical problems with the update to the Colormag 4.0 version (Pro, I have an annual subscription), one related to the footer background color which resulted impossible to change: I 've solved it by myself by uploading a background special image.
Also, there was an issue with the text on the articles in homepage not wrapping well around the featured image; I was told it would be fixed with a new theme update but it didn't. Only this morning, after a month, the issue was resolved by additional CSS code.
In any case, it has been fixed.

The theme is highly flexible as far as layout and colours are concerned. Moreover the support team, e.g. when contacted for CSS customizing, is very reactive. Full recommendation!
