I am so grateful to Katie for the treatment she gave me this morning for impacted ear wax. She was very professional but also kind and caring and explained the procedure without rushing. My hearing has improved considerably, I would highly recommend this clinic.

My wife has had trouble with her right ear for an age. The microsuction clinic at Yate had her sorted in 30 minutes. She hadn't realised that her other ear was just as bad!

Mathieu was very profissional, when he attended a house call for my son, Daniel who had lost hearing in one hear due to hear wax built up over the years.
