But The Milkman's Cookies are much more that just the best baked goods; we are a communtiy, a place to create and share common values of culture, family, and nostalgia. Inspired by the symbology of the milkman, our aim is to bring people together through baking the absolute best tasting cookies in town. Always deliver. Stay milky.

The cookies are extremely crumbly

The cookies are extremely crumbly. Even when heating up! The chocolate doesn’t melt and they don’t go gooey or anything. A little disappointing after spending so much money on them. The individual cookies didn’t even have the flavours on the packaging. The cookies didn’t have much flavour. The “Get Chunky” cookies from Western Australia are waaaay better

Delivery was fast and arrived in great


Delivery was fast and arrived in great condition. Cookies are fantastic. Only complaint is that there are no labels on the cookies to say which is which, and in a variety box of 12 there are quite a few that look the same.

Total disaster

Total disaster. You indicated cookies would be send to hospital Last week when Lucy was there. Then attempt you to deliver this week I received a email that cookies would arrive Tuesday mid morning. NOTHING turned up. Very disappointed

The cookies are a bit too sweet

The cookies are a bit too sweet. My husband said they would be very delicious if they weren’t too sweet. Ordered a 10 cookie box and finished 3 at the moment and they were shared among 5 people. Struggling to finish the rest. 😅 Delivery wasn’t too slow. Ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday and got the cookies on Wednesday. Takes 2-3 days to deliver from the Gold Coast to Brisbane with express post.

I would have liked to choose which day the cookies were delivered as they were a birthday present for my daughter. Maybe I didn’t read the delivery instruction correctly.
