Steve at The Money Advice Centre has been absolutely instrumental in supporting us through our pre-loan application. His guidance was clear, honest and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed.

It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care, but Steve does exactly that. We felt fully supported from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

When you are experiencing challenges around money it can be a daunting experience, I felt in a mess and didn't know where to turn, I looked on line and with in 5 minutes of doing a quote I had Steve on the phone talking to me about how they could help.

I have had other positive experiences over the years but the difference with Steve and this business was how above and beyond they went for me, the first option I got wasn't ideal but would of been a hassle free way of quickly sorting some cash out but not really solving the issue, Steve and the business would of still got a referral but he knew it wasn't necessarily right for me

I was going to go with that method but steve kept getting in touch, not over stepping the mark ever but encouraging me to explore the other option as it would make such an impact on my life

I am so pleased he did, as I know myself I would of never done it because it would of taking longer and seen it as hassle, but Steve did his job excellently and it is genuinely the best customer service I have ever received through what was a very challenging time for myself personally

All through the process the brilliant Steve G was there messaging and helping with guidance through the stages prompting me to give the company a nudge when he thought they should be doing things a little quicker appreciate the help massively cant fault the service really got us out of a hole.

One of the representative has stayed with me through the whole process which took three months, I was kept reassured at all times,.even when I thought that there was probably no hope, the representative from the money advice never forgot me and always checked on me to see how the process was going with the company that was helping me. I would recommend them to anyone that needs reassurance

Cant recommend these guys enough. I had a bad credit rating and been turned down a few times but the team at the money advice centre helped me find a really good loan. they were easy to deal with and I could speak to them on the phone or on WhatsApp which was really helpful.
