We used Mountain Rescue for getting 6 adults and 9 children from Chambery to Les Arcs this year. The whole process was fantastic - from communication during the booking (recommending number and types of car seat required, for example), to altering our pick up times to allow for an extra mornings skiing, down to the drivers themselves and the airport and resort pick up and drop off, everything was extremely easy and helpful. I would not hestiate to use them again in the future!

Don’t book another transfer company. Mountain Rescue set the standard other companies should aspire too. Excellent communication. Brilliant knowledgeable and friendly drivers. Accomodating of children and infants with safe car seats. 4WD vehicles that have their winter tyres changed twice a season.

We have used Mountain Rescue for several years now. The booking process is easy and communication from the company is excellent. There is always confirmation of travel arrangements the day before travelling and the direct communication with the drivers has been faultless. The drivers have all been great (and safe!) and the vehicle comfortable. I can't see how the service could be bettered.

Excellent booking process with Mountain Rescue. Driver arrived early and trip from Tignes to Lyon was easy and speedy. We arrived with plenty of time to make our flight. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service from Mountain Rescue. They let us know the name and phone number of the driver the night before we travelled from Geneva to Sainte Foy (and back) and email communication was really good. Based on the reviews and communication from the company I felt very confident that they would be reliable which was the case. Absolutely recommend and would use them again.

We used Mountain Rescue transfers for a connection Geneva to La Plagne, and couldn't fault the service, from booking through to both the drivers we had on the way out and back. Would use again for our next trip if it is where they serve!

Nicholas was an excellent driver, on time for both ways to and from the airport and got us to our flight with plenty of time to spare. We loved chatting to Nicholas in the van as he’s very knowledgeable about the area and a very interesting guy to talk to! Thanks again for such great service and communication both before our trip and during.

Used Mountain Rescue Transfers a few times. This year a mixed group of Teens adults and Grandparents! Always consistent. Drivers have great customer awareness, and drive well. Patient and considerate with packing. Good back up and network to know where the traffic (farmer protests!) are and routes to Avoid. Highly recommend.

Great service, good communication and easy booking; our driver both ways (from Geneva to Meribel) was Lazlo, who was very friendly and helpful. It all worked very well, highly recommend.

Excellent service. Mountain Rescue picked my son and I up from Lyon. We were delayed every step of the flight but our driver James waited patiently for us and we had an excellent experience in a very clean and comfortable car. I would definitely use Mountain Rescue Transfers again.

7 of us had a return transfer from Lyon to Tignes with MRT and they are excellent. We were late arriving and then the drive to Tignes was very busy with school holiday traffic but Laszlo minimised the pain by using the local roads despite the police road blocks.
The return was early and avoided the traffic with the added benefit of Cathy stopping at a fantastic bakery for coffee, cake and a toilet stop.
Thoroughly recommend them.

We’re so happy to have found a transfer company we can truly rely on. The service was reasonably priced, the vans were comfortable and reliable, and the drivers were incredibly friendly.

Mark, who drove us to the resort, and Steve on the return journey, were both fantastic—great conversation made the 2.5-hour transfer fly by. Traveling with three kids under seven can be challenging, but both drivers went out of their way to ensure their comfort, making the trip enjoyable for the whole family.

A quality experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using your service for years to come. Highly recommended!

6 of us booked a transfer from Geneva to Montchavin and back a week later with Mountain Rescue. Our drivers both ways (Telmo & Cathy) were on time, friendly and excellent and we all felt completely safe in tidy comfortable vans.

Always reliable. Drivers are congenial, accommodating and careful. Good intel on road issues and all-over the shortcuts, when needed. Excellent and easy communication with the admin side. Overall always a great experience. Highly recommended
