I am a first time mom to a handsome baby boy! I knew from the start that I wanted to breastfeed so you can imagine my disappointment I was feeling when I couldnât get my baby to latch properly. I went the first two weeks without seeking in person help. That means two weeks of excruciating pain due to bad latch. I carried on and continue to breastfeed even through the pain. Until the point in which the bad latches caused a cut in my nipple. That cut caused a piece of my nipple to fall off. At this point, I was done. I felt like a failure because I couldnât breastfeed properly and guilty because I wanted to stop because of how bad the pain was. Until I found The Nest & Co. Jennica and her entire staff were so friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, they reassured me that I was doing a great job and that I was a great mom. They sat and heard my story and immediately reassured me that together we would successfully breastfeed. This group of ladies taught me the proper positions to breastfeed, how to get a proper latch, and answered all my questions. Without this group of ladies, I would have given up my breastfeeding journey with my son. A journey I knew I desperately wanted from the moment I found out I was pregnant. Thank you ladies for not giving up on me.

Well to piggy back off my last review itâs not been 29 days since I ordered A product from them and have YET to receive it. They did get back to my email and came off very rude stating their website states it could take 2 weeks for you to receive your order, well ok, but itâs been almost a MONTH. Poor customer service, bad company to buy from. I should Of spent a little more money and bought directly from the official company that sells the product I need. What makes me even more angry is I ordered flanges as I am basically a exclusive pumping mother for a baby so I NEED the product itâs not really something I can wait a MONTH on. So dissatisfied.

I ordered my parts on the 12 and it took until the 21st to get them. Way too long of processing time as well as shipping. Then the parts are the wrong size. No refund options available though. Such a disappointment.
