I recently purchased a coat from this company . The coat was to big for me, so I sent it back , no quibble and returned my money within a few days really helpful and kept me informed the only downside was I went to another store which retails the same items and tried the next size down which was to small, overall though a great company will purchase another coat on line
Service and coat first class it was just the size

I kind of liked the company and brand but was left with a really bitter taste in my mouth when using their returns process and speaking to their support team.

They only offer Yodel drop off, and I don't own a car. I asked for an address to send to with me paying the postage (and using Royal Mail's pickup service so I don't have to lug packages across town) and they said it wasn't an option - as if they can't even accept post from any other carrier. They were pretty snarky about it as well, I really didn't like the experience.

I bought these shoes on January 30 in Regent St.
I was told at the time that they had a good grip in wet conditions especially on pavements which I specifically asked about.This is not the case they are not suitable in damp or wet condition have no grip at all. Refund never returned to me - despite north face insisting several times they had processed it; eventually they’ve just stopped replying to emails altogether.

When I call I’m told I will get a resolution the same day, but it is never forthcoming.

Special shoutout to Boyko who was supposed to be responsible for assisting and just consistently lies that the refund was processed, and now ignores all emails.

Even my email requesting their in house legals email in order to send a letter before action before initiating a small claim for the stolen funds has been ignored.

It’s a very odd experience for a big brand name like north face, it’s like engaging with scammers rather than a legitimate outfit. Weird own goal on behalf of the company as I will never shop with north face again (having previously been a loyal customer !)

I had a horrible experience with The North Face’s customer service. I purchased an item during Black Friday using a gift card but had to return it due to sizing issues. Despite receiving a refund confirmation, the amount was never credited back to my gift card. After nearly two months of back-and-forth and multiple calls—none of which were helpful—I was finally issued a discount code. However, by then, the item I wanted was out of stock and the Black Friday discount was gone. When I finally got a chance to repurchase it, The North Face’s system downgraded my express shipping to standard, forcing me to cancel the order. Now, I can’t use my discount code again. This entire process has been frustrating, and their support team has been completely useless. I expected better from such a well-known brand.

Bought a NUPTSE 1996 jacket in blue from their sale last year. The washing instructions said to wash the coat on 40 degrees, so I sided with caution and washed on a short 30 degree wash. The insulation inside the coat has now fully disappeared. Contacted the warranty team who have said the warranty isn’t valid due to “ Wrong product care”, even though the washing instructions were followed correctly. Awful quality of a coat that’s apparently worth over £300, on top of poor customer service and mislabelling on the coat. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I have bought a Jacket and paid much but The coat was watertight and I got soaked.I have only weared it one time . I was really gobsmocked. No difference then Tikimax :( I dont think that i ll buy anthing from Northface anymore. Staff is not keen on helping to sort it out and made me feel that Get out of the store. and i am so regretful to buy from Kingston .

Reached out to North Face last December in relation to a NUPTSE 1996 jacket I bought in January. I have the exact same NUPTSE jacket but in black, with the faulty jacket being in blue - Thinking the quality would be identical, I bought a second. Feathers have been falling out of the coat to the point that there are little tears now in the coat where large feathers have fallen out! Reached out to north face’s warranty department again as no body had responded to my previous message back in December. I have been told that this is due to wear and tear/ neglect of the product?!? I have the EXACT same coat and never had any issues!! Do better!

I ordered a jacket and bag from the website, which was delivered to a neighbouring address, where the item was never handed over. Customer support offered no help and no refund at all.

I ordered a pair of trousers, and 3 times ( I was going for 3rd time lucky!) the wrong size was sent. How does this happen? Will not be ordering again from North Face

Absolute scam of a company when you try to refund , I returned two items on 7th dec and have been told on numerous live chats and calls that my returns have been received and they are waiting to be checked and then I’ll get refunded to receive an email today that they have never received them and that I need to recover the money from my bank as they won’t be refunding .
This is really affecting my mental health d wellbeing as I have been actively trying to get my refund of £440 for several weeks , how can they treat customers like this ????

Don’t order online.

They won’t issue a refund even after you prove you have returned the order, even with their QR code label. I can see plenty of others have had the same issue!

Bought a pair of £125 boots ,within months the suede started to fall off ,wasnt scuffed or scratched ,maybe wiped of dirt a couple of times .Got in touch with customer service who asked me for moths old paperwork and order number ,tried telling me it might be a fake site I bought them from ,absolute disgusting company with poor quality products ,i'll never buy north face boots again .

Had an issue with a promo code, customer service askd me to wait 24hrs and try again, it still didnt work and an additional offer expired during this time leading me to spend 10% more than i would have if they sorted the issue on the day. The customer service teams refused to honour the price of the items if i would have placed the order when i did.

I would call it scammy practise, but they just dont care about their customers so I won't be returning

I made two separate orders for a jacket in October. Order number N0446359. One was size large and one was extra large. The large one was small so I sent it back via yodel I have proof of purchase I have a receipt, and I have the tracking number which shows it was delivered back to the north face four days later, we are now in January and I have been going back-and-forth with the North face for four months who claim that my return was never received. With all of the evidence I have and also CCTV of myself handing the package over in the yodel store North face, they have not been cooperative they cut my calls off, I call and they put me on hold and never come back or they read off of the same script saying the same thing. I’ve been told by over 20 different members of staff that my enquiry will be looked into and I will receive an email in 24 hours confirming the outcome I call every single day and nothing no email. In November I received an email saying I need to take this up with my bank for a charge back enquiry as they are refusing my refund. The jacket cost £225. It is not cheap. I am told the same thing that an agent will get back to me in 24 hours via email , and nothing. No email and no refund. no one gets back to me via email. It is infuriating. I went through my bank for a chargeback query they refunded me the money but then took it back off of me six weeks later as they said the north face has refused the claim. I am now £225 out of pocket, I am now going to have to go through court to get my money back, I’ve tried going through resolver I’ve spoken to the Ombudsman, I’ve also spoken to the citizen advice bureau who have lead me in the correct direction. This is disgusting from such a company as big as North face I have seen countless reviews on trustpilot that this is not the first time this has happened. there are hundreds of customers who are also claiming they send things back via the correct tracking methods and labels provided by the north face And then North face claim they don’t have the products and customers are left out of pocket. I will never ever be ordering the face again despite being a customer with themselves for over 10 years. I will fight for my money back because it is unacceptable. I kept proof of purchase. I have my tracking number and I have CCTV. The way I have been dealt with on the phone is ridiculous. Agents put the phone down, are rude, or simply just keep repeating themselves over and over again.

Placed an order on 20th December, still waiting for it to be dispatched from Seller. Ordered replacement and tried to cancel order. Customer Service not responding and fail to read email properly. Still awaiting refund and the tracking is still saying to be collected by courier. Will avoid this company in the future. Awful service.

Purchased a discounted second hand jacket through North Face Renewed. Mentioned there was light stain on front of jacket which was fine. What they didn't mention that there was a rip in the sleeve with dried blood on the inside.

Refused to replace it with a new version (as no other jackets of same kind on Renewed) instead offering a refund if I sent back or a small discount if I wanted to keep it.

No understanding of how disgusting selling a jacket with dried human blood on it is.

I need a couple of replacement wheels for some twenty year-old suitcases, which is fair enough. However, North Face require me to send the two large suitcases to them because they will not send me the parts, which I have already removed and am therefore capable of replacing. They claim to be sustainable which is obviously a load of rubbish.
