Visited the Mansfield site to organise transfer of funds. We were greated by Bella who was friendly and courteous throughout our visit. All of our wishes were dealt with and she explained to us which route to take to maximise our investments. All in all a very favourable experience on the day.

Getting customer service is difficult
I opened a cash ISA in my local branch. Unfortunately they inputted my name incorrectly. This meant my bank did not want to transfer such a large some to an account that wasn't my proper name. I contacted the branch via email and after some discussion they managed to correct my name on the account. Unfortunately it is still wrong on the website and the app and customer services and the branch are only open within my working hours so I cannot get this corrected. This does not fill me with confidence that this is the right place for my money.
I'm pleased to report my issue has been resolved but the difficulty accessing customer services due to their limited operating hours could still be an issue for me.
