UPD.
Pharmacy contacted with and organised picked up of the open box and delivery of a new box of medicine. Second delivery was in sealed box and all as expected.
So I update my review.
Hope it won't happen again.

I have just received my first order from nuLife pharmacy. Mounjaro injection. The package was sealed, but inside the medicine box was opened. Everything inside wet, sticky and dirty.
I don't feel safe to use this medicine.
The cost is big, I regret switching to this pharmacy.

2nd order just made, very pleased didn't have to jump through all the photo/video hoops again. This pharmacy has been very good from the beginning, helpful with my change from monjaro to wegovy and the little kit/advice pack was well received.

Aina wow what a pleasure it has been , such a lovely, kind , selfless person that really does care about people's wellbeing .
So understanding,compassionate and totally relates to what your going through.
Before I found Aina I was living what felt like a nightmare seeing doctor after doctor with no real help or understanding I felt so alone and scared about what was happening with my body .
Asoon as I contacted Aina straight away she put me at ease made me feel calm with how soft spoken she was , she knew exactly whats tests were needed with the symptoms I was experiencing.
She went through and explained how the hair test worked asoon as the results came back she went through them thoroughly and told me what all this ment . Now on the protocol im feeling more like myself than I have in over a year more energy better mood less anxiety and alot more insight into my health and what my body needs .
Aina has been there everytime I've had any concerns or questions she always gets back to you as soon as she can .
I have also just done the oats test and found out I have mold and candida so am excited to get started with this protocol and just keep feeling better and get my quality of life back.
I cant thank Aina enough for what shes done for me and my family she goes above and beyond . I would recommend to everyone who's struggling with symptoms and not getting anywhere with the doctors or even if you just want more insight into your health and wellbeing 😊

Easy to order online, had a video consultation and a telephone consultation with the pharmacist. Was lovely to speak to. Got package delivered within 2 days of ordering. The weight loss medication came with a nice print out weight loss tracker, tape measure to measure your body and some cute magnets to attach the instructions and weight loss chart to the fridge. I’ll definitely be ordering again from here and they’re reasonable prices.

Aina has been so lovely to work with! She is such a caring person and really makes an effort to listen and explain everything throughout the process.
I have not long started my protocol and can already notice a difference in my energy levels- especially in the mornings! I feel like I can actually get going with a clear head when I wake up instead of feeling drained and flat and I’ve noticed my energy levels throughout the day feel a lot more balanced which has been amazing. I’m so excited to continue my journey with Aina and start the natural hormones she has prescribed to hopefully help bring back my cycle after years of struggling with the GP.

I’ve been struggling with the same problems for 4 years - been to my GP and even utilised my private health insurance numerous times and ended up coming away with nothing each time, and felt like my problems perplexed them. I was made to feel I was making it up. I finally found Aina and I couldn’t believe how valid she made me feel from just the first phone call, and how knowledgeable she was. We now have all my results back and I can’t believe I’ve finally got answers! Moreover I finally have a corrective path to take! I’m so excited to start this journey and feel better.
