I’ve always wanted a mother’s piece of jewelry but I never liked the designs because it seemed old lady like. I absolutely loved all the designs and hard a hard time deciding on which one to get. I just received my new necklace and it’s even better in person. Thank you!

The item is great, however I’m appalled at the shipping situation.
Having bought a £200 item, there are no tracking details provided, meaning you’re unable to track your item properly, you’re just given the estimated delivery date.
The item was delivered early, and left outside, I can appreciate this is partially the couriers fault however under no circumstances should an item of that value be shipped without tracked delivery. Will not order again

I ordered the Coco Hexagon Photo Ring in gold and it is so chic! Also, I get to wear a picture of my special little guy all day! It brings me such joy!

Also, I had to get my ring resized and that process was easy and I received notifications along the way.

This is an awful company. The customer service is horrible. They want to charge me a restocking fee just to add a charm to a necklace, even though the description for this product says a charm can be added anytime. Now they want the necklace back to add the charm, AND they want to charge me a 30% restocking fee because they demand I send back the original necklace. It was a gift. How do you ask someone to give a gift back?! For WHAT? I have tried to escalate this issue to a supervisor. I found out that they are NOT in the USA and do not have a contact number for discussion. This has been going on for months. I wonder if Nicky Hilton Rothschild, the owner, knows how poorly her company is being handled overseas!
