I watched this site for months trying to decide what to purchase. I decided on the multiple name balance bead necklace with my grandchildren's names. I chose the gold vermeil. When I finally ordered, I quickly received an acknowledgement and was kept informed of where my order was in the process. Today it arrived just as promised with a tracking email that said it was delivered to my mailbox. I am thrilled to say it meets all of my expectations and I can hardly wait to try it on!

The necklace was absolutely beautiful! I had to contact customer service because the shipping was taking too long and they were great and responded quickly. I am going back on the site right now to order more!

I was able to design a bracelet for my granddaughter with her three daughters names on it. It is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as I had ordered and as lovely as could be. Her girls were excited to see their names on the bracelet, and she absolutely loved it. She even commented out a beautiful box that came in. I highly recommend this company and their product.

I ordered name earrings with my name for one earlobe and my husbands name for my other earlobe and it was beautiful. They were larger than I expected which was great! My husband really liked the idea of having different names on each ear. The company kept me updated through emails on the status of delivery. I purchased a name tag necklace can’t wait for it to arrive.

I purchased a personalized ring for my mother in law to honor her on Mother’s Day and the ring is beautifully solid. The engraving ink is lighter than I expected but still a beautiful piece. I think she’ll really like it!

Love my bracelet but wish names were inked black. I had a hard time checking to see if names were spelled correctly. I’d like the charm name tags slightly bigger, this might aid in readability of the charm tags.
