This was my first order from The Oil Store. It arrived, not only beautifully packaged but the oils smelled strong. After they were made into wax, they smelled even better. I'll be ordering more in the future.

Quality of the fragrance oils are amazing .The selection of oils is brilliant too not just your usual dupes and standard scents.

Sent out the wrong item which was lower priced than the one I paid for. Then the one I wanted was out of stock, although it wasn't when I paid for it. Again no communication to explain. So I asked for a refund, after 2 days, and asking again I got a "partial" refund. Will never use this company again!
