I recently ordered contact lenses from the Optical Store. I wear a brand for astigmatism that is sometimes hard to get hold of. When they hadn't arrived after some time, I contacted the store who found out they had gone missing in the post. As it could possibly have taken a while to get hold of a fresh pair, they offered me an upgraded brand in their place, which I actually turned down as I've not been able to tolerate another brand in the past. However, my original order arrived within days of our correspondence! Very happy customer.

Good service and price, disappointing packaging
Good service and price, but poor packaging. Can an alternative to plastic tape, eg paper tape, be used to make whole packaging fully recyclable? Think about our planet please, most people wouldnât remove the plastic tape which would mean box would not be recyclable!
