Lovely table and chairs, we are very pleased with our purchase.
Iâve had a very frustrating experienceâŠ
Iâve had a very mixed experience with this company. Before ordering, we actually visited the store and the staff were lovely and very helpful, and the experience at that stage was great, which made us feel confident about the purchase.
However, after ordering, the experience was very different. The first outdoor sofa I received was not only a different/older version than what was advertised, but it also arrived damaged with a cracked frame.
When I raised this, the company initially denied it, despite me providing screenshots from the original listing as proof. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually agreed to send a replacement.
Arranging the exchange was also difficult, as my availability was initially ignored and communication dropped off for a period of time.
When the replacement finally arrived, it was again damaged, which was extremely disappointing. However, I will say that on this occasion the company did respond quickly and arranged collection the same day, which I appreciated.
On both occasions, the free rain cover that was advertised was also missing, which added to the disappointment.
Overall, while the in-store experience and staff were excellent, the issues after purchaseâreceiving two faulty items, missing parts, inconsistent communication, and delaysâmade the overall experience stressful and disappointing. Based on this, I wouldnât feel confident ordering from them again.
I would like to clarify a few points regarding your response to my review.
I originally ordered the rise and fall table set, which I did not receive. Fortunately, I had screenshotted the product description at the time and shared this with my partner, so I have evidence of what was advertised.
The first set that arrived was damaged throughout. I provided photographic evidence and was offered £250 compensation. If there was no issue with the set, Iâm unsure why this offer was made.
In terms of delivery, I was not offered next-day service. I was informed the following day that the damaged/incorrect set would be collected, and a replacement would be delivered the following week on Monday. I explained that I work and could not accommodate this, but I received no response. My partner then had to contact you via live chat, posing as a new customer, just to get a reply.
The second set also arrived damaged, again with photographic evidence available. At this point, I was not offered a replacement. Due to the lack of communication and the ongoing issuesâand being aware your offices close at 3pmâI requested a full refund as the situation had become unnecessarily stressful

They failed to deliver on a few occasions my order finally turned up on the day I was going to cancel the payment.
The delivery driver came alone and my boxes were very large and dented. He couldnât manage the delivery on his own. I had to make suggestions to him on how to get them off the lorry. Also they told me they would make a call an hour before delivery they didnât! If they had I could have arranged for some help!
I havenât unpacked the boxes yet, I do hope the items arenât badly damaged!
I have unpacked the items there are some small scratches and scuffs. However, the company got in touch with me straight away and we came to an agreement for the slight damages. Also sent me a garden furniture cover free of charge - a really lovely lady I dealt with she was called Caroline.
I am changing my rating to reflect the level of after service I received.
