This service was very helpful to me during my PhD application process. I sent my CV, statement of interest and my research proposal to them. They returned my documents in a timely manner, well before the deadline. The edits were clear and enhanced the overall quality of the writing. They also synthesized my ideas really well and made useful suggestions for improving the products.

The consulting session was conducted with a person who achieved a doctoral degree. As I am busy with my doctoral degree, it was highly reassuring that the session was going to be effective. Overall, very good service. Review a personal statement for graduate school twice. Provided very helpful feedback to help strengthen statement. Just wish if there is a way we can contact editors to understand more about some of their feedback (maybe there is a way I just don't know). Giving really insightful feedback with detailed corrections.

Overall, my experience was quite positive. My only critique would be that the editors seem to have a background in medicine or the sciences, which made it challenging when I submitted documents related to management and IT. The editor was unfamiliar with some basic terminology in these fields, which wasn't ideal. However, aside from this, everything else was excellent.

The quick response & thorough feedback honestly was the best thing! I had not completed my research, but I needed direction & guidance on continuing the research and I absolutely felt more confident with what I was doing.
