they wont refund the money even if they cannot provide the service purchased
So if you deposit money on this panel and they can not provide the service you purchased, they won't refund you because they have a no-refund policy.

Yes, exactly. After 1 year, orders were pending for over 8 months; they're claiming they use real users, so they can't push users to submit reviews.
I asked them if the service works, before adding funds; they said yes, it works perfectly.
After the review, I'm getting threats on tickets about why I left a bad review on Trustpilot. Are those guys serious?
