Why ask me for tax deduction information if you aren't going to calculate it and put it on the document I'm paying $15 for. Extremely frustrating.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Our system automatically calculates taxes based on the information provided at the time of order. It appears that special tax exemption options were selected, which resulted in taxes being excluded from the paystubs.

We have corrected the paystubs and sent them to you via email. Kindly review and respond to that email so we may assist you further and ensure this matter is fully resolved.
