We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have faced. Customers select their own pay dates and pay frequency when they place an order and we only provide a one-time payment service, we do not provide weekly, monthly or recurring subscriptions. Maybe there’s some confusion about the payment or a bill from a different service. Please provide your order number to our customer support team to review your account and assist you as soon as possible.

Our system automatically calculates the standard taxes based on the information entered during the paystub creation process. Any additional earnings, deductions, or adjustments must be added manually.
To add extra deductions or additions, please open each individual pay date and click "Add Additions and Deductions." You can then enter the necessary information before finalizing your paystub.
If you need any assistance with this process or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team. We'll be happy to guide you through the steps and ensure your paystub reflects the information you need.
