I can’t recommend Craig at The Pension Planner highly enough! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offering excellent advice and guidance and making what can often feel like a complicated subject much easier to understand.

Craig was approachable, patient and genuinely interested in helping me find the right way forward. Nothing was too much trouble, and his friendly manner and willingness to answer all my questions gave me real confidence and peace of mind.

It’s refreshing to deal with someone who takes the time to listen, explain things properly and make you feel that you’re in safe hands.

I've been putting off getting pension advice for a few years, but realized I needed to know what to do with some older, small pension plans.
I looked at reviews of several IFA companies and decided that The Pension Planner was the one I felt most drawn to, I'm glad I did, Craig has been very patient and professional with detailing each of my plans during our meetings, and coming up with an overall plan including my current pension company and taking into account the state pension, for an earlier retirement than 67.
I'm looking at definitely retiring at 65 and, after asking Craig to run through the modelling numbers again hypothetically to retire at 64, the answer came back as positive!! So I'm now planning around that.
I can highly recommend Craig and his colleagues at the Pension Planner company who have all been very professional and kept me informed throughout the process........ but I now wish I'd looked into this a few years earlier.

My contact with the Pension Planner over the last 2 months has been excellent. From first communication to presenting detailed findings, the interaction has been professional & timely. I was specifically looking for advice concerning early retirement and whether my thoughts on this were achievable. Considering there has been no cost to me for the initial consultation work, I have been very impressed with the level of investigation & details provided.

I had a free telephone consultation with Craig on 23rd February 2026. During the conversation, due to my circumstances being straightforward, Craig advised that I probably did not need full IFA advice at this time and could obtain the relevant information from other sources (which he signposted me to) without incurring his fees.
