Have ordered a food for my puppies. It is 6day now. No replies from their whatsapp number also no replies to my mail as well.
Totally fraud

If you are looking for a food delivery for your baby, don't go for them. I have been waiting for my order for last 8 days and still not received. Whereas it was promised tobe delivered in 2 days. Absolute insensitive customer care, fake promises and fake responses.

Same thing as everyone else here. Whatsapp has been a torturous interaction with this absolute fraud team. Genuinely concerned about our safety with such websites out there, it is so shocking that after so many cyber cell complaints this website still exists. Quite disappointed about that, clearly this has been going on for months..and no one has been able to stop it. Only a few people got refunds my bank has already refused to refund the money as I had authorised the transaction, cybercrimes complaint is now my only hope.

The ThePetCare company has in the instance confirm my order 8219 and and when I asked for when get its delivery on wats app. They reply .. Sir we are not running a ship and when i asked what its means they abusing me saying Are you a bloody idiot , Did we tell we will not deliver, What a idiot u are Get lost etc.......Now company is not delivering order and also not refunding my money. The phone number is also not working. No body is replying anything in this regard. The company seems to be fraud.

I am writing this for people who are stuck with this fraud.I placed order on 15th Jan for 7735 from this website and very soon realised he is a fraud and wont deliver or refund my money.

I did the following:

1) Raise a cyber cell complaint

2) raise a chargeback dispute with bank

3) Send every detail of message+ Cybercell fir pdf to bank

and then relax, now the bank will get your refund.

Today morning I got my refund of 7735.

Please take all action against him, don't let your money go

I have already given my review about the bad experience with ThePetCare . However , I have managed to get the product after constantly writing to them on WhatsApp and also complaining about them in Facebook ( in their Facebook page ) and Twitter by tagging the company , UPI payment aggregator , courier company . cyber crime , consumer grievance cell etc .
I would suggest that you should try to do the same thing . We should get our product or refund back from this fraudulent company . In case of any help needed , let me know .

I think everyone here has had the same experience. I ordered Royal Canin from their website back in May 2022 (worth 10K) and they did deliver it. Based on my last experience, ordered again in Dec'22 and they have still not delivered the items nor refunded the money back!

I have been writing emails to them but they stopped responding too!

Please don't order from this website or if you do, just do COD. Never give them your money. I looked up the founders and they are just a bunch of guys who have had not real corporate or otherwise experience - can't expect much from them.

Ordered pet food worth INR 3200.00 and started enquiring with them on their WhatsApp no. after 5 days as I had received no tracking updates. Received a fake tracking link which would keep showing scheduled pick up / shipment failed everyday. The customer care exec handling the WhatsApp no turned abusive when I said that I would post negative reviews and raise a complaint on the consumer helpline. I was polite but the customer care guy just flipped and called me bunch of names.
I had to raise the issue with my credit card company to not charge me for this transaction as I’m not hopeful of receiving the product or the refund.
Beware of websites offering deep discounts. The unavailability of cash on delivery option should be a warning to not order from such sites.

Petcare.in is clearly a scam / fraud seller.

As everybody else here, I came to the conclusion it's a fraud. Once you pay the order, you receive a kind of fake tracking number, they keep telling the shipment is in transit and after 3 weeks now, the order shows fulfilled on their website and cancelled on the Delhivery platform.
I have launched a complaint on the payment gateway, filed an online fraud complaint at cybercrime.gov.in and required bank for reverse payment.
Let's all take actions against these fraudsters!

worst service @ hyderabad. ordered product on 28.12.2022. not yet delivered till date. no mobile/ landline helpline to contact. no response on whatsapp /mail. dontknow whom to contact. do not order anything on that site

I ordered pet food last month and paid them around 7K. Right from day 3 i started to follow up on WhatsApp but they said it's in transit. Even after a week i got the same response. I ringed up to the courier partner and later i realised that they didn't even receive the order from the pet care. I went ahead and raised a grievance complaint through umang portal and attached required evidences. Now he came back and wanted to delete my posts and complaint so that I receive my refund. I clearly understood it's a scam again and asked him to refund first. He is also threatening that he ll send fraud emails about me to my organization. Guys don't fear for anything, just go ahead and raise complaint so that atleast we can stop new customers from getting cheated .

Scam people be aware please I order N&D food for my dog and paid from simple pay but the food was never delivered and they don’t have any customer care number and when I ask them on what’s app they are faking it that it’s on the way it’s over a month now I’m filling a legal complaint against them

Such a fraud app!!!
I just came to realised that this app and the team behind this is a fraud team. When i asked for my refund they said to ask bank!!
aren't you guys ashamed to eat by cheating people and looting their money???

The site is a fake. I had ordered a Royal Canin Hypoallergenic dog food from the site. This was not delivered. WhatsApp messages were not replied to and no calls were answered.

To add on, the fraudster creates a fake dispatch order to throw us off the scent but it is an empty dispatch order and will get cancelled in a couple of weeks as there is nothing to pick up.

They are scammers, they charge and didn`t give you anything

FRAUD ALERT!! Stay away from them.
It is a fake website cheating people by showing deep discount products. Once order payment is made , they stop responding. When you enquire , they will cancel order and do not respond.

On following up on their WhatsApp business account, they start abusing and giving threats . They call back and hurl abusive language. Complete goondas and goons!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

The company is a cheat. We paid the money a month ago. no response. We found out from Hyderabad that the company does not exist.

Google should take strict action again such cheaters. Please do not buy any product or order any from this company. I am lodging a police complaint against this cheat of a company

Its a fraud website, after ordering online I haven't received product, no tracking details nothing. I was ghosted when trying to get follow up.

After blackmailing me to remove my review , they have still not refunded it sent my product . Such fraudsters ! Stay away from this fake website .

Fraudulent company. Lost my money close to Rs.3000. Don't ever take a chance with the company. Hard earned money lost!!
