I never received the item

First time buyer, did a bulk order with a few fellow other units for well over 1,000 coins. Naturally was worried about how the final product would come out however, the team delivered wonderfully. Fantastic quality, speedy turnaround time and the team were more than patient and willing to asisst myself with the many moving parts which encompassed my order. Gave us a fantastic deal with the establishment fee, and the price per unit was more than reasonable. Highly recomend the Pin Factory for anyone looking for a Challenge Coin.
