I bought two pins several weeks ago. One was broken!
I bought two pins several weeks ago: The Ukraine Flag and the Israel Flag. They cost approx $5 for the two (very reasonable) but the postage was approx. $15..!
Total weight was only several grams..!
When they arrived the images were perfect, without blemish, however the pin and pin on the Ukraine badge was bent almost horizontal and the pin-lock looked as though it had been crushed and didn't work at all..!
I brought this to the attention of the Pin Factory almost straight away, requesting a replacement.
The Pin Factory have not responded and neither have I received a replacement pin.
I would like to offer a higher score than I have, but under the circumstances I can't.

Poor Quality Design and Product
Ordered a large qty of coins and submitted a design. Design mock up looked great. However end product looked nothing like design. Colours different and lines added which took away true design. Product quality also poor with paint peeling away. Communication ceased by vendor or complaint.

Product arrive 10 days late despite following recommendation on your website to inform staff about the event date for which the product is required. No option for express processing was offered at the time. Product is now a stranded asset

However, we have already found quite a few defective ones, such as logo upside down etc
Not a massive drama, as we can expect a few defects in a large order.

Pam was great to deal with. She was extremely helpful with getting it to production. The product was amazing. The delay in getting the product was our only concern and the communication when Pam was away was poor.
