The delivery time was quite short and the pins are just as I expected.
I had a small issue with one of the pins but the staff were very kind and promptly fixed it within a few days.

I was excited to try this ingenious little product! I ordered 3 pin sets. Two worked great, one had a faulty pin back. However, when I contacted Pin Theory about the faulty one, they responded in 24 hours with a video showing me how to repair it and arranged to send a replacement pin set. It has been a long time since I have experienced this level of customer experience and I greatly appreciate it!

When my pins arrived, they were initially a bit tarnished but the pin theory immediately sent out a replacement and complementary free pin of my choice. Both pins arrived excellent condition. Great customer service and the product is fantastic. I’ve always hated belts and this is such a good alternative!

I saw thePinTheory’s ads a couple times on facebook, and thought they were a neat idea. Then my 12yo started safety-pinning her shirts tighter. I felt the pin-lock backings were great, so I knew they were safe for her to wear.
When I ordered, I ended up having to wait longer than usual. I contacted pin theory, and they responded quickly and explained the situation. And then, they made it right. I’ve worked service and retail most of my life, and their customer service is absolutely top notch.
I will definitely purchase more from pin theory in the future. 🥰🥰

Love my pin theory pins, my favourite design is the snakes and also love the flower designs. Really easy to use and very effective - no more belts needed! The order came quickly, and customer service was fantastic.

Ce sont des produits de mauvaise qualité. Deux sur trois sont arrivés déjà abimés (accroches, traces de gras). L'un a aussi noirci après avoir été conservé pendant 2 semaines dans le sachet noir fourni exprès avec la commande.

I love my pins! They work exactly as advertised and don't randomly come undone throughout the day like I thought they might. They look so cute and I get heaps of compliments on them. Customer service is amazing, there was a tiny error with my order and they were on it so fast! Will absolutely be buying more and recommending to everyone I know

Ich habe mehrere Pins bestellt und sie funktionieren super und haben sehr gute Qualität! Bei einer Pin sind 2 gleiche Teile angekommen, wodurch sie nicht funktioniert.
Allerdings war der Kundensupport sehr schnell und freundlich und hat mir direkt die richtigen Teile zukommen lassen und noch ein kleines Extra on top. Bin sehr zufrieden! :)

Game changer! Got it to tighten the waist on my outgrown pants, but then started using it to shape my dresses too! Perfect for pear shaped and hourglass ladies to define the figure. Very good quality too, no plastic garbage. WATCH THE HOW TO USE VIDEO! There's a technique how to open them and if you don't know, you might break it...

This is an ingenious product. I have several sets of them and ususal wear them in pairs, about halfway between the button closure and the side of my jeans, but you could certainly wear just one set. Super cute design options and nice that rubber and metal pin backs are included. I prefer the rubber ones. Useful, quality product!

Très déçue ! La qualité est nulle. J'ai commandé 5 ajusteurs : 3 sont complètement oxydés, dont 1 est en plus déformé.

Je me doute que c'est du dropshipping mais quand même, un petit effort.

Great invention, the pins are strong and work. One of the pins I ordered were missing a stone, the pin theory team replaced it straight away.
