Contacted support who never replied to my emails. When I finally got through to live chat they were equally unhelpful.

Read the processing times and FAQ where it says that it can take 7 days to process and then another 7 days to be in your account before panicking.

It's a scam. 13 year old brother used my tablet and racked up 20k in gaming. Found the bills and told them to close the account multiple times. Radio silent.
