This company is a scam, I ordered one in August, it never arrived, and I have been asking for a refund since September with either no response or a long rambling bizarre response. Do not purchase this product, it will never arrive and they will keep your money.

Unfortunate that this company isn’t more helpful and responsive. I ordered my ice pod and chiller in September and they said it was 2 weeks out. After 3 weeks I emailed them and they said shipping was delayed and it would be at my door by the end of November and they would credit me 10% due to the inconvenience. Since the first week of December I have been sending them emails for updates with no response. I tried connecting with them via IG, still no response. I understand issues come up, but keep in contact with your customer, don’t ignore your customers.

Unfortunately this company and their products are an absolute scam and I've been waiting over 6 weeks to have my money refunded. From the day the products were shipped, it has been a disaster as there were initially missing products and no instructional manual. We got that resolved and then very quickly, the ice chiller stopped working. I worked with their customer support and sent them a video of my setup to insure it was done correctly. I eventually got an email from Princess and Dana explaining the products were in fact not working and many customers and complained of the same issue, but that my money was tied up with Shopify. Since then, they have completely ghosted me :( I'm trying to get my money back but not sure I will. I hope you can learn from my mistake! I purchased this product with a genuine need for it and as a small business manager, I'm astounded by the terrible customer service and hope they can refund my money.
