Easy to order
Easy to order, quick delivery, absolutely fabulous flavours not tried them all yet, but I am very impressed with the ones I have tried, husband loves them. We are extremely happy customers. Glad I bought the 3 in a box as a crimbo prezzie for someone, I'm sure they will be as delighted as we are.

Royal mail messed up big time. Box arrived saturated with what I assume is white spirit. Product inside double bag also stank. Problem quicky rectified.. Only thing that sucks is having to wait longer for the cowboys at Royal fail to deliver the replacement. Honestly. I know it's only a small matter but they are shocking. I'll be in a better mood when I can actually eat some!
Poor Customer Service - Delivery Issue
Ordered kilos of pork scratchings via their eBay shop. Extremely poor customer service.
After ordering using eBay click and collect services, I was advised on Royal Mail tracking that my delivery had been held due to the sender not paying enough postage on the item.
I contacted Posh Pigs via eBay to inform them of their error and to ask them to step in and investigate. They admitted that they are experiencing issues with Royal Mail.
Click and collect was used for delivery, as this was an option when checking out. This is where the delivery address is set to your desired collection point and will include a unique recipient delivery reference in the address.
Sadly, Posh Pigs refused to contact Royal Mail to resolve the matter, I was advised to contact Argos (the click and collect destination) as they have the note from Royal Mail advising additional fees are due. I was then told I should speak with Royal Mail directly to collect from the local Royal Mail CSP.
I couldn't fill in the online form for Royal Mail as I'm missing all the information on the delivery note. The item was addressed to Argos and it is well known that Royal Mail will not allow collection without proof of address. I would have no way of collecting as I don't have ID with my address matching Argos. I don't live at Argos!
If, as the merchant, you have a delivery issue, it shouldn't be down to the end customer to sort with the carrier. When I pointed this out, I was ignored and told to speak with Royal Mail and would possibly spend hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue Posh Pigs should be dealing with.
When I was clearly insulted by the response, I was advised that they didn't like the tone being used. Not sure exactly what you would expect when you tell the end customer to do your work for them.
Having worked in e-commerce for years, I would never respond to an end customer this way. You have a duty to ensure the goods are delivered and should an issue like this crop up, you should be forthcoming with a resolution, not just fob off your work to the end customer!
Without actually requesting a refund from Posh Pigs, they refunded my order. It seems they couldn't be bothered to do any work to sort the problem with their own delivery carrier and dealing with upset customers.
The real kicker here is the final response I received:
"I will issue a refund and cancellation when I return to my laptop this afternoon to save the back and from messages as its clear you're not happy with the level of service we're giving"
What exactly do you think the level of service is you have provided me? I ordered goods online and paid promptly. You didn't deliver the goods and when I point out an issue your end, I get told to sort it myself. You've done literally nothing for me except apologise! Not good enough.
I'm sure the products produced are good, but customer service, it's a 0 out of 10.

Congratulations, you have perfectly justified the reasons for my review.
The fact that you think it is acceptable to take this to a personal level astounds me. There was nothing personal against yourself or your company in my review and I've kept everything factual.
You didn't pay the correct value on the delivery for Royal Mail, which is why the delivery was held. You are not entitled to expect the buyer to get involved. I don't owe you any of my time and expense to get this fixed for you.
Even if the goods were delivered to my home address, I would still be upset that you were not providing basic level customer service.
The bare minimum response I would expect from a seller when there is a delivery issue between the seller and carrier would be:
"Hi,
We are very sorry for this, we are experiencing issues with Royal Mail and we will get back to you ASAP with a solution,
Kind regards"
I don't need to be involved at all. Conversation over.
This review was left so I could attempt to get a resolution to the issue. I didn't want a refund, I wanted basic level customer service and to receive my order eventually. The fact that you acknowledge that I'm a returning customer should suggest that I do actually want my order.
We are all human, but you think it is only one way, I have every right to be upset when customer services refuse to help when they are in the wrong.
You have no intentions on actually putting things right and giving me a professional response. It's just immature.
I would highly recommend that you take a course on customer service as it is clear that you do not know how to conduct yourself when dealing with customer complaints.
Ultimately, this review will remain online well after I've forgotten about this. You clearly don't care for your online reputation. This situation was totally unnecessary and could have easily been sorted with a short message.
If your public response doesn't ward off customers, I don't know what will.

Great range of flavours, Ghost Chilli is the daddy
Ordered and was delivered 3 days later which involved a trip across the Irish Sea, so no complaints about delivery time, very prompt.
Great range of flavours, but having tasted quite a few of them I’m always drawn back to the Ghost Chilli gift pack. The heat off it is like an inferno but the taste of the pork crackling is super addictive and makes you reach for another, even though your mouth is on fire and needs a fire extinguisher to put it out. Love it.
Fantastic scratchings
Purchased a jar of scratchings for Father's Day and my Dad (and the rest of us) LOVE them! They're not too hard, which is great for my Dad and not too soft either so world's away from pork crunch.
Great customer service from the team in terms of delivery and exceptional scratchings, will most certainly be ordering again!!
Brilliant products, but scared about my latest purchase though...
Been a customer for the past year or so and in that time I've had 2 of the mixed boxes and a couple of the refill ones as there are a few of the refill flavours that you can't get in the foil packets? Why is that by the way? Anyway, I put an order in a couple of weeks ago for the 4x 100g habanero, maple, sweet chilli and BBQ pulled pork packs as well as... The ghost chilli 300g jar ( of which I am very scared to try) after watching a couple of YouTube reviews. I just hope they don't ruin my Xmas! Ha.
I've always liked pork scratching/ crackling but quite sporadically. However since discovering Posh Pig I think I have indulged in them more than I should be doing ha! All part of a balanced diet. I have tried a few different brands of pork crackling and posh pig is the best that I have come across.
...All in all very happy with the service/ delivery. The taste and flavours are excellent and just have the right balance so you can taste the powdered flavours but at the same time you still get the natural flavours of the rind and fat.
Spot on posh pig, I just need to have my fingers crossed that when I do bring up the courage to try my first ghost chilling crackling that it doesn't blow my head off.
