John, thank you for sharing something this personal. Going from isolation and uncertainty to rebuilding yourself from the inside takes tremendous courage. It is powerful to hear how the Navigate program, ARS, and DEER gave you practical ways to shift how you were showing up and helped create better conversations with your wife.
And hearing that she began to see the man she had hoped for throughout your 28 years together is incredibly meaningful. You did the inner work, and the people closest to you began to feel the difference. Grateful you found TPM when you did and proud of the path you are continuing to walk.

Really appreciate you sharing this. You captured something important here. The biggest changes often begin when a man stops looking outside himself and starts doing the work within. Rebuilding your confidence, getting clear on who you are, and showing up differently can create a ripple effect through your marriage, family, and business.

Absolutely. I’d make it feel less like we are commenting on his progress and more like we genuinely value having him with us.

It means a lot knowing that something as simple as listening to the podcast became the start of a journey you have now been on with us for a couple of years. The fact that you kept taking what resonated, putting it into practice, and finding your own way forward is really special to hear.

What you said about being able to rebuild if your world came crashing down really stood out. That kind of inner grounding is something nobody can take away from you.

This is such a great example of what real growth can look like in everyday life. More patience, more curiosity, and less reactivity can completely change the way we connect with the people around us.
