I purchased the Mulberry water bottle holder which was in brand new and unused condition! It came with the original Mulberry dust bag, tag, packaging, and the piece of plastic protection was also on the metal postman lock! Completely brand new! Great price for the item. I received the item just a few days after I purchased it so the shipping was very quick. Amy was also fast with responses and was so helpful in answering all of my questions that I had. I also received a Mulberry authentication certificate for a small additional fee which is useful to have with it. So if you want to buy anything from The Preloved Bag Boutique, donât have any doubts about it and go for it!
