Your order was originally shipped to the address you provided at checkout, which was incorrect which resulted in Royal Mail being unable to deliver it. This is confirmed by the tracking details:

Once the package was returned to us, we covered the cost of reshipping it to the correct address, as a goodwill gesture.

We also want to address your claim that we are a scam. If that were the case, we wouldn’t be responding to emails, providing tracking details, or paying out of pocket to reship your order. We have fulfilled over 4,000 orders, and we take customer service seriously.

You placed your order on January 26th, during a period when our website clearly stated that no orders would be processed until February 10th due to our warehouse move. This notice was visible at checkout and across our site to ensure full transparency with our customers.

Your order was always scheduled to be processed after this date, and as with all our orders, it follows the standard 10-12 working day delivery timeframe. This means your order is on track to arrive very soon.

Additionally, we have responded to every email you sent, including a reply the very next day after your first message. The claim that we are not responding or refusing to refund is completely false.

We have fulfilled over 4,000 orders and have a strong track record of delivering to happy customers. We are a legitimate business, and if we were a scam, we wouldn’t be responding, providing updates, or ensuring your order is delivered as promised.

After reviewing your order, we'd like to clarify a few points. First, we were unable to locate any prior emails from you in our inbox, but each time you reached out to us, we responded within 6 hours to provide updates.

Regarding your jersey, this was a very rare piece from 1985, and we went above and beyond to source it for you. Unfortunately, after searching extensively, we had to inform you last week that it was out of stock. At that point, we offered either a higher-value gift voucher or an immediate refund as a gesture of goodwill. You chose a refund, which was processed as quickly as possible.

We understand it was frustrating to wait, but our jerseys typically take 10-12 working days to source, and we always keep our customers informed of progress. As a small business of just three people fulfilling over 600 orders monthly, we genuinely aim to give every customer the best experience possible.
