Happy repeat customer!

Used the Print & Copy Shop to print a report we published. We were a bit slow on our side this time round - but Print & Copy Shop were responsive and diligent as ever.

We sent a 72,000 word, 268 page A5 sized book to this company for printing in late November 2024. They quickly produced a proof copy: the paper quality and binding were all more than satisfactory, so on 28 November, we authorised the printing of 500 copies. They quoted print time was 7-9 working days. For ourselves, this was ideal as copies would then be in several retail outlets in time for Christmas sales. At that point, full payment was made.

However, due to an external finishing factor, printing was delayed. The books finally arrived in late January, about eight weeks after printing was authorised. Print quality is excellent. A price reduction was also quickly agreed. However, immediate sales were lost.

If using the Printer & Copy Shop for a big job, we suggest agreeing a compensation package for late delivery, in advance. However, it must be said that the print quality is excellent.

The Print & Copy shop have printed the Wisewood, Wadsley & Loxley community newsletter for a number of years and they have always been efficient and helpful.

I needed a poster printing at short notice and called to see if this could be accommodated, the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and said it would be ready to collect in just over an hour. Efficient and friendly service and great quality printing!
