Dealing with Luca was a very easy and helpful experience. There was no pressure to take out a policy and he explained all the features clearly and dealt with my queries so I understood what the cover provided.
Had time to review with my wife before agreeing to proceed a few days later.

I cannot speak highly enough of the "Private Health People" that helped me and my children get health insurance with dental coverage seamlessly. Charlie was great from start to finish. The process was so easy and quick, and surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for excellent coverage and exceptional customer service.

I have just had a very informative conversation with broker Luca Palacio who listened to all my needs and concerns and found me an alternative Private Health Plan with Aviva, in comparison to my previous provider WPA the cost is about 45% less with the same cover. I would recommend the Private Health People to everybody

Where do i start...

Charlie is an absolute gem, Like most people i wanted to get the best option for my family, the coverage and price. But my time was limited when it came to speaking to Charlie and the team, But true to form Charlie contacted me every so often letting me know he was there and offering time (Even in his personal time) So i could have a chat with him regarding it all. We finally carved out some time and he walked me through everything including the negatives if you paid less etc. Even after picking and accepting everything, The aftercare/Customer Service is 5*. It has been god knows how long since someone has given me hope that a company actually cares about their customers. If you honesty and someone you can trust...Get in touch with this company.

Charlie whom I dealt with, was absolutely brilliant. For someone such as myself, who had zero knowledge about health insurance, Charlie took the time, effort and had the patience, to find me the best possible deal/option’s available for my requirements. He explained everything as we went along - right down to the very last detail - no matter how many times it took.
Honestly nothing was too much trouble, and the lovely things was, was that there was no hard selling throughout whatsoever.

Bradley was brilliant when dealing with my health insurance policy he went out of his way to make it easy and stress free and provided a great service. He addressed any concerns I had with a very positive outcome.

Would definitely recommend the Private Health People. They found me much better cover for less money than I was paying before and made the process so simple. They were always quick to respond when I got in touch and their follow up care (checking all my policy documents had come through and that I understood everything) after I had taken the policy out was outstanding. Following an email from my current PHI provider which indicated a substantial increase in premiums, I spoke to Bradley concerning alternative quotes for my wife and I.
