1 star is being generous

If it is possible to give less than a star I would. I WISH I had read reviews before ordering. Shipping took weeks and nobody replied to me when I tried to chase up. The quality of the dress was horrendous. Fabric is not breathable and the cheapest quality. I threw it straight out. Item hung like a sack and look totally different from the photos. Such a bad experience and a total waste of money. I bought the Liora dress - strongly discourage anyone from buying.

Poor quality...not at all as…

Poor quality...not at all as advertised. Utter crap and the scam is if the clothing is purchased through a sale...no returns.
Probably burn it as it will be a good firestarter from the plastic it is made of.

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would.
Paid $225 for a belt trousers and top. They arrived looking like they had been made using left over fabric etc. the quality was so poor that all items were totally unwearable. We did a google pic of the belt and it linked to a $7 belt on Shen, which I paid $45 for stating leather. Took me several weeks via bank to get a refund.

Wish I’d read the reviews before…

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing! I received a damaged item, poor quality and no tags. I have sent 5 emails to try arrange a return but I’m getting mucked around. I am not hopeful this will be resolved. It took ages to arrive and then when it did, it was damaged and poor quality as mentioned. Now trying to return it is a nightmare - god knows how long the refund it will take if it will happen… it’s probably their tactic!

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered three dresses, and not a single one resembled the photos online. They fit terribly and the quality is shockingly poor. One dress even had a strap so badly constructed it refused to sit right. Consider this a warning to other shoppers. To top it all off, their return policy is nonexistent, making this my worst shopping experience yet. I have since been in touch with other buyers with the same experience. I have since complained with the Department of Fair Trading and my bank to see if I can place this transaction as fraud.

Note I can’t reply to this message below with photos of what I received. All three nothing like their photos and do not even fit correctly! I tried to get one of the dresses altered by my mother she said she couldn’t unpick it to make the neck line sit flat rather than buckled. I have been approached by other buyers on facebook too who have had same experience. Also left negative reviews. All I wanted was a refund get some of the 200 dollars spent as I am a sole parent wanting these items to wear to a new job! I will in future check reviews here before I would by again online.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The dresses I purchased did not match the colour or style advertised, and the size chart was completely inaccurate. When I tried to get a refund, they refused, claiming there was a “no refund policy” on sale items. Conveniently, all items are always on sale, so their beautifully worded refund policy means nothing—you’ll never actually get a refund.

I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card company, and they are now processing a refund for me.

Much the same as everyone else

Much the same as everyone else. 2 weeks before being shipped, hard to get hold of customer service, and when dress did turn up it was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Wasn’t even the same pattern let alone the colour or quality. I would agree that this company is a scam and totally do not recommend. I expect a refund and will up date on progress.

Fake , Scam

Fake , fraudulent, scam as dresses are nothing like advertised. They are cheap plastic like material that smells and made my skin itch with a rash. Not an Australian company . From China . Terrible customer service and they wont take any responsibility or refund . They took doen their FB , instagram and main google reviews after i posted on them last night . I emailed asking for a return and was told I had to pay $27 postage even though the replacement item was of lesser value to the original purchase.

Pure Boho is deceitful


Pure Boho gives the impression of being an Australian brand, so I was surprised to learn—only after receiving the shipping notification—that my order was being sent directly from China via YunExpress. Before purchasing, I had messaged the company on Instagram and was assured that if the items weren’t suitable, I could receive a refund.
It took around three weeks for the products to arrive, and the quality did not meet expectations. The fabric was completely synthetic and felt like it would be hot and uncomfortable to wear. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they declined, explaining that sale items were not eligible—even though the entire website had been discounted at the time.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the brand did not match the impression given prior to purchase. Would not recommend. What a waste of money.

Absolute rubbish clothing

Absolute rubbish clothing. I purchased a Sahara totem maxi dress and at the time the advertised dress description stated it was made from soft , breathable cotton.
When I received the dress , the tag stated polyester and spandex ! It looked absolutely nothing like the photo , along with absolute crap stitching and finishing.
I complained and demanded an immediate refund . The company offered me a partial refund ( I paid $75 and the offered me $45 )
I declined and demanded a full refund which I received . I also only purchase with PayPal .
They have now changed the description to polyester ( must be after my complaint).
Do not buy anything from here .

I recently purchased the "Calistina dress" which looks gorgeous in the advertisement, when it arrived it was of poor fabric quality, the neckline and sleeve is nothing like the advertisement.
I'm now up to email #15, below is one of the very scripted responses, which I'm sure many other unsatisfied customers have received.

Our team has reviewed the images and details again, and I’d like to provide a clearer explanation:

Regarding the appearance:
The differences you’re noticing are primarily due to photography conditions such as lighting, editing, and styling used during the product shoot. These factors can make certain features—such as color tones or fabric texture—appear more defined or slightly different online. The dress you received is the same style and color that corresponds with the order you placed.

Regarding the neckline and sleeves:
The neckline band and sleeve shape can appear more pronounced in professionally styled images where the garment is positioned and lit to highlight specific details. On the physical product, these features may appear softer or less structured due to natural variations in fabric drape and how the garment is worn.

Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money. Beautiful looking dress on website called Sahara Totem Cotton Dress arrived. It is made of plastic! I checked the website and the fine print says it is recycled polyester but the name of the dress is cotton!! The stitching is basic and the pattern is nothing like the one pictured. 0 out of 10. I’m not even going to bother trying to return it after reading the other reviews here.

I purchased a dress in August for $79... after many emails back and fourth asking when I will receive the dress I finally received it on 3rd November. It is the wrong colour, wrong size and the material is very cheap.
After emailing (back and forth many times) Clara on their info email address she said that i could get another item... I chose another dress but she then said that I would have to pay the difference plus $34 shipping... NO WAY
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR MIND

• The item you received was checked and confirmed to be the correct product, matching the order you placed.
• When you expressed that you preferred a different style, we offered to exchange it, and only asked for the price difference and the new shipping fee — which is standard procedure for exchanges when the requested item has a higher price.
• You were never asked to pay anything to resolve a mistake from our side, as the correct item was delivered.
• At no point were you refused support — our team replied to every email promptly and tried to assist you with multiple solutions.

We are a small company and always do our best to help our customers, even when delays or misunderstandings occur.

Do not trust this business. Items are not shipped. Communication is poor and likely AI generated. Tracking info is potentially fraudulent as claimed delivered and signed for when not received. Pursuing consumer protection claim.
