I sent a return that was tracked with Royal Mail at the end of May and my refund has not been processed. This is despite contacting them multiple times via email, attempting to call them on two numbers I found online and attempting to contact them through Instagram. Most disappointingly, I raised a complaint through Resolver and was sent an auto-reply which was of no relevance to my complaint whatsoever (reply mentioned problems with DHL and a delayed order... my complaint was about a return sent through Royal Mail tracked). I will be claiming the money back via my bank and reporting them to Trading Standards.

I returned a skirt because it didn’t suit me, I paid for postage myself and logged the return on the ragged priest website and then never heard from them again. They haven’t replied to a single email for months. I finally managed to get my refund by opening a PayPal dispute. I don’t recommend shopping from Ragged Priest at all, non existent customer service

I bought jeans. They didn't fit. I returned them. Royal Mail proof of delivery. Multiple emails asking where my refund is and STILL nothing. Disgusted they have kept over £50 and answer nothing. Wish I'd looked here before ordering 😪

I don’t know how a brand that’s been around this long has such faulty online services, theres literally no excuse. I bought a present for a friend but had shipped it to an old address. I didn’t think this would be an issue as I was going to cancel the order only to find out it’s impossible. Customer service never replied, and when I emailed another customer service email, I got what I believe was a AI response or a pre written message as it didn’t actually answer any of my questions, instead reaffirming they were sending it (over a month over purchasing it). I’m lucky to have got my parcel as my mum was able to pick it up from her old work but I can tell theres no effort to sort out these major issues. I saw the reviews too late. They’re currently releasing a new collection which is mind boggling to me if they can’t even ship it to you…

UPDATE: I got my money back through a PayPal claim as TRP also did not respond to the claim. So if you paid using PayPal and are also waiting for a refund, that's the way to go!

I placed an order in April, received the items I ordered fine. Happy with the jeans. I sent one item back which I can see was delivered, however I have yet to receive a refund. I have contacted customer service several times via email, zero response. Luckily I paid using PayPal so I created a dispute. Again, no response... I have now escalated the dispute to a claim in the hopes to get my money back. Absolutely appalling service.

I ordered an item on May 15th. it's currently June 23rd and I didn't even receive any tracking notice until I reached out to them after a month of waiting. when they finally sent me a tracking number it shows the package never made it out of the UK and was returned to sender. I've asked for a refund and heard nothing back.

I've ordered twice now, the first order placed on June 1st I had to open a dispute before it was finally sent, there was no contact at all. The second (ordered a bigger size) was shipped really fast. I'm really happy with the service the second time around, but can't give 5 due to the first issue, hopefully with my next order it'll go up to 5 stars :)

I’m yet another customer with a terrible experience. I bought clothes on May 14, and after 10 days with no update, I reached out to ask about the order status. No response. I followed up again to request a cancellation because it had been two weeks with no progress. Still no reply, completely ghosted.
I opened a dispute case with my bank to get my money back. Now suddenly, over a month later, they decided to dispatch my order, completely ignoring my previous emails, and they also have the audacity to challenge my claim.
Let me be clear: I do not want the clothes anymore. You had multiple chances to communicate and you failed. And now you expect me to pay for the return? Absolutely not.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I will not support a company that treats its customers this way. Avoid at all costs.

Still no refund, being totally ghosted. Companies like this should be stopped from trading. They are basically thieves.

Commande passée le 15 mai , nous sommes le 10 juin et ce n'est toujours pas expédié.
Le service client n'a pas répondu à mes derniers emails.

Ordered on the 18th of May, and still haven't received my order. I've contacted customer services via email and social media and have not received an update. This is ridiculous. If you're checking here before making a purchase, please read this and stay clear! Absolute joke.

Giving this two stars because the order being dispatched was fast. But truly awful returns process. You have to wait 28 days of the return being refunded. In my case, I waited 28 days, followed up with 3 emails which were all ignored and only got my refund by opening a dispute with my credit card provider.
I wouldn't bother using them, but if you really like the brand maybe try asos?

TERRIBLE SERVICE, do not buy from this company. I ordered a parcel a month ago and it still haven’t arrived. I have contacted the customer services team multiple times and haven’t heard anything!! Radio silence. No sign of my parcel turning up and I can’t get my money back, very disappointed.

Quick enough to take my money but returned an item over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing.
No phone no so can't gt to speak to anyone so have to email.
Total rubbish. Clothes are overpriced and customer service is non-existent.

Made a purchase on 9th May, money was taken out of my account straight away. Received a confirmation email but nothing else, no dispatch email, my order never arrived, I’ve emailed customer services twice and still not heard anything back. I’ve never had this experience before with anything. Safe to say I will never be purchasing anything from them again and will be taking further action.

Ordered on May 20th. Still not dispatched. Contacted customer service, told there are issues with the delivery company and it could take upto 21 days!! Ive never had this situation before with a clothing but reading the reviews, it's not just me. If you can't fulfill orders you shouldn't be selling the clothes.

Leaving a review as my last attempt to get their attention because I sent back over £200 worth of clothes, within the return timeframe, a month ago, no refund. Contacted them countless times, by email, social media. No answer. SCAMMERS

I purchased a pair of jeans that claim to be a size 24 inch waist but they were enormous. I’ve been chasing them for a refund since the beginning of April when I returned them and I just keep getting automatic response emails. I’m still out of pocket. Crooks.
