Improvement on loss of hair
I have only been on this for a very short period of time. I like the condition silkiness that it is leaving my hair. It was dry
before. But, it needs to ramp up faster to get my receding hairline back
to follicles that come in and grow! Am still loosing hair when I brush,
but it has improved by about 1/4 less.
Will continue to see how it goes for the next couple of weeks.
I just love the brush
I just love the brush! Use it twice a day, add the hair growth tonic into the brush! I've seen a big difference in the volume and health of my hair! Great product!

Awesome customer service! My original Thera Hair brush arrived broken (wouldnât do the mist mode) and when I contacted customer service, they were so quick to address the issue. They sent me a new one and it arrived so quickly. New brush hasnât been used yet (just arrived) but i do love the massage feature on the original one and love the hair spray serum so much! It feels so soothing on the scalp and makes my hair feel so soft! Canât wait to use my new brush!
I love the concept/idea of this brush
I love the concept/idea of this brush. I ordered one just before Christmas and started to use it and loved it, but very quickly the diffuser part of it stopped working. When I contacted the company, they told me to make sure that I only use their products and not any other essential oils; however, I was ONLY using the solution that came with the brush and that is all I ever used. I also keep the little diffuser part very clean. I constantly clean it with a Q-tip, but that didnât help. So after some back-and-forth I had to send them a video of the product in use, which was very difficult to see the steam (or lack of steam), but I did it anyway, and they sent me a replacement item. I received that item on January 29, and low and behold by May it was not working anymore. The red light and Massage works fine, but not the diffuser. And once again, all I used was the solution that I PURCHASED through them!! They said since it has been 121 days, and their warranty is only 90 days they would not be sending me another one. After reading some reviews, I see that many people have had problems with the diffuser part. I wish I kept my old brush from a different company because it performed better. I guess I could still use this one for the red light but what a disappointment and waste of money now I have three bottles of solution here that I canât even use.

Free hair tonic missing and never received after numerous emails.
I am pleased to update my review. After the issue of my missing hair tonic was escalated all the way to the top to Jacob, he went above and beyond to take care of me. Not only am I receiving my free hair tonic, he has also started the process to refund my original purchase. He will be making sure that this does not happen again going forward. Thank you, Jacob.!
As requested by trustpilot I added my order number, email and phone number. Just as a recap, I did order the Thera brush, and the free tonic in my order. After numerous email requests and them telling me they were out of stock and it was the manufacturers fault. I still have not received my free hair tonic. Just FYI, this order was placed in January 2026. Order number 55965.
Even after getting a response from my review, and then telling me that I was going to receive my free hair tonic that was missing out of my order which may I confirm was in my order, I still have not received any shipping information. As requested below, I did reach out to customer support right away and still nothing. This company is unbelievable.
I ordered the Thera brush which was supposed to come with the free hair tonic. I reached out to Customer Service four times a couple of times they did respond apologizing. A month and a half later I still have not received the hair tonic. Therefore, I cannot really tell you if the brush works well or not. Very disappointed and do not recommend. Customer Service has been terrible.

returned item but was denied a refund
I purchased item from them which did not work as described. I contacted them, they gave me instructions on returning the item, I informed them of the date of the return and included the tracking number but did not receive a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company which was declined based on therahair stating that I did in fact receive the item and the charge was not a duplicate charge. Neither of which I reported or disputed. My dispute was that i was promised a refund and did not get it. I was told that I did not request the refund withing 3-5 business days per their policy but the website states they have a 90 day return policy which I followed.

I have been trying to camel my subscription for months. The cancellation button on their website doesnât work and their support emai says they will get back with me shortly and never do. Yet every month they send me their products that donât work! Any suggestions?

I am enjoying this brush
I am enjoying this brush, I also make my husband sit and let me do it to his head (helping stop his balding without him noticing ð)!! I love all the different features working together and it is relaxing to use. I ordered this when the snow storms hit and it was delayed shipping. I got worried after reading some of the other reviews. I reached out to their customer support and they provided me all the details immediately for my package. I received it shortly after.

So far I am understanding the negative reviews. Beginning with Customer service and ending with a paid item that has a delivered stamp and yet I never received it.
I have been back and forth with CS today and not once have they provided a tracking number or an alternate replacement with a different type of delivery other than USPS.
I only get back emails that state it takes 6-12 hours for a response. Do better Thera Hair.
I finally had to dispute this item with my bank since they purposefully would not provide a solution or tracking number.
Beware of doing business with this brand. They are not trustworthy. I did not believe other reviews and thought that they were an exaggeration, but not until you are in that position do you not appreciate the warnings.
Below is the email they sent me stating a delay in tracking number details. NEVER EVER have I heard of such a thing!

Was doing ok, not great, with a couple of orders but nowâŠ..I placed an order for tonic and it hasnât shipped in over a week. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Update: now they are lying! They just emailed me that they shipped my order but it was shipped back due to a carrier issue. The status never showed shipped and has only shown, for 2 weeks, not shipped yet. This is a scam company!

It looks like fraud. My hairbrush has arrived according to the consignment number. But according to the DHL delivery person, the parcel was not addressed to me. I have not received anything and customer support is not responding.

Customer service went the extra mile
I ordered the Therabrush, but even before I received it, I decided I no longer needed it or wanted it. I immediately emailed the company. I reached out regarding a refund and received a prompt response, giving me the instructions to return the item in order to receive my money back. After I sent the item, I misplaced my receipt. I was supposed to send them the information they asked for from the receipt. After looking for the receipt for weeks, I finally decided to just reach out and see if they would help me. Iâm so thankful that they took the time to use the basic information that I gave them and honor the refund within a couple of days of receiving my email. It was my mistake and they still went the extra mile to make it right for me. Great customer service.
