Very good product and customer service

All satisfactory, just trying to get the dog used to using the ramp to get in and out of the car.
The ramp is good and strong, fit for purpose but I am finding it a bit heavy for handling - i need to get used to it too.

Yet to use ramp in anger. Our OT & Physio gave a very unofficial thumbs up, to a ramp which may not comply with the overly stiff H & S regs (1 in 12 slope)
Trying to lift my wife and chair down a 6 inch drop, with a fractured spine (me) or a steep slope, a struggle, but far less of one. Keep up the good work

Ramp arrived promptly and when stated. We needed it to get my brothers heavy electric wheelchair up a small step at a pub where wr were celebrating his birthday. It is sturdy and worked perfectly. Price reasonable too.

Excellent service

I had been looking for a while for a step with large enough foot print to aid my wife with rheumatoid arthritis.
The step we received is of great quality & as a mentioned above perfect 'large' size.
It's adjustable feet make it easy to level Infront of an outside door threshold, the anti slip top is perfect and holed to allow water to drain.....all be the texture is not to our dogs paws approval... very rough 😀.
We have had this step for a week and my wife is getting in and out so much easier with her sticks... Yes the 'large' is big enough for use of those too.
Ordering was easy & application for Disability VAT relief part of the process, so who doesn't want a discount if available?
Delivery was free and prompt.
