recently completed a course and had a really positive experience. The content was clear, practical, and easy to follow, making it suitable for different levels. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive. 👍🏻

I enrolled in a premium sports massage course specifically for its in-person training and hands-on learning. The fortnightly schedule was also appealing, as it allowed me to continue working. However, the course did not meet expectations.

I travelled from Surrey to Birmingham each session—a five-hour round trip—spending approximately £120 on a full tank of fuel every weekend, only for sessions to last around three hours and often finish early. The quality of teaching was limited. On day one, we were only introduced to three basic techniques—petrissage, effleurage, and tapotement—with minimal practical depth. In week two, the tutor arrived late and delivered a brief five-minute demonstration on pressure points before stepping away from supervising students.

During unsupervised practice, I experienced significant discomfort from another student who had missed the first session and was not properly guided. When I raised this concern with the owner, it was dismissed.

One student withdrew after week two (losing their deposit), which suggests others had concerns. Another individual who had recommended the course raised issues early and subsequently received a paid role and a free Level 4 course.

I waited to address matters in person and raised my concerns professionally, drawing on my five years of experience with National Academy of Sports Medicine. Unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously.

While I accept the financial loss, I feel the course did not deliver adequate value—particularly as two of the four sessions were dedicated to assessments rather than practical learning.

I am willing to provide supporting evidence, including group correspondence, where multiple participants expressed concerns about the standard of teaching and the venue.

I recently passed my pre and postnatal qualification under the fantastic guidance of Therapy Fit Academy. I've been using their service over the past three years and their service is second to none. Gary, my tutor, was excellent and gave me good feedback and also very helpful throughout the course. And the course itself was very smooth and also the new system was really good. A lot of useful information too whilst learning my qualification too. I recommend Therapy Fit to anyone who's wanting to level up their service in their careers in Personal Training for more additional qualifications.

Huge thanks to Marvin at TherapyFit for all his help and support during my Level 2 and Level 3 courses. Whenever I needed clarification or extra help, Marvin was there and made the learning process much smoother. I highly recommend Marvin and TherapyFit to anyone serious about progressing in the fitness industry.

I just want to say that the team at TherapyFit Training Academy has exceeded all my expectations. When I discussed my learning needs, Gary made some small adjustments to the learning process—for example, adding audio to the slides—which significantly improved my ability to absorb each module. The experience has given me greater confidence in both the design and application processes for future clients. I’m really pleased with my decision to choose TherapyFit Training Academy, and they’ll be at the top of my list for any future CIPD qualifications in the fitness industry.

I decided to do my level 4 sports massage course with TherapyFit after being messed around by another course provider. Marvin was really nice and was able to get me signed up for the new course straight away. There were plenty of course dates available which were convenient for me and my work schedule.

Charlie who was the course tutor was lovely. Very knowledgable and easy to talk to and ask questions to.

Had never heard of TherapyFit until I joined to complete my Sports Massage course.
When I first got there (Wilclare), my thoughts were, well this dosen't look great at all, then as we got into the course everything started to make sense. Why as a Sports Massage course would you have pretty decorations and incense etc.,
the delivery was spot on and really helped understanding and comprehension, the support I got from the team was excellent and was given when required, alternatives and suggestions were made, again tailored to suit the individuals needs and requirements.
As a qualified teacher (PGCE) I have high expectations and requirements, the tutor (Feron) and the whole team Marvin in particular, to be honest went well above these requirements. Would I recomend this training provider to my peers, yes without question.
Eveything was spot on and made as easy to access as possible, including the online traiing materials, the ebook and practice exams also came in very handy.
I'll certainly going back to these guys.

Amazing value for money. And a great tutor. Experience with these guys was so good I have booked in to do more training with them. I have done other qualifications with different companies and these guys are by far the best. Workbooks and theory work is much easier to follow on TherapyFit's online portal than elsewhere and the work is marked really quickly.

Gary and the team were nothing short of amazing, helping me acht my ot qualification, quicky and painlessly. I cannot rate therapyfit enough!

Absolutely loved doing the Sports Massage course. I learnt so much and now feel extremely confident in all areas taught. The contact days were well structured, extremely well taught and also a lot of fun! Any issues I had were dealt with very quickly, and I knew if I had any issues I could easily get into contact with someone to help. Thank you all so much and looking forward to doing Level 4 if you decide to do it!

I have recently completed Level 1 and 2 with Therapy Fit aswell as a first aid course and would highly recommend to anybody looking to get into the fitness industry. Marvin has provided me with guidance and support every step of the way
