Very good site and payment, delivery was fast and the book is just fantastic! Five star review

I bought a roll mat bed. The quality was ok but it’s very very expensive for what it is. I paid extra for a specific day delivery. Their courier failed to deliver but despite this being a breach of contract they refused to refund the additional charge. Not worth taking them to the small claims court so I’m leaving a negative review and never using them again.

I recently bought an Active Dog Coat in black for my working dog and I’m really impressed. The quality is excellent – well designed, hard-wearing, and a great fit thanks to the clever zip and velcro adjustment. It arrived promptly and has already proven to be a brilliant piece of kit.

What really stood out was the customer service. Chris answered the phone straight away, was extremely helpful, and dealt with my enquiry quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to find a company that cares as much about service as it does about its products.

I’ll definitely be back for more coats for my other dogs. Highly recommended.

I purchased the lovely Tweed Dog Bed, this is my second one, for my Bassett Allegra and Pug Kiri. They love it. It is made with outstanding craftmanship, and the quality is excellent.. This Company is awesome, the bed was sent out quickly, and they are so helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a quality bed to get one from Red Dog Company worth every penny.
