Marie came to do my inspection this morning she was very welcoming and understanding of the issues that I needed to raise.

I moved to number 58 Broadfield in October and I am very delighted by the service I received from Marie and still receiving when I have issues settling in ie maintenance

I am having to take this company to court to get them to leave my property.
They have been served notice and should have left last October but they still haven't left.

As a landlord I am having big difficult working with TRGC. The main thing is they are ignoring me and my attempts to get into contact with them.
Also another thing is the profile of the tenant is very bad.. I have got 3 warning letters from the council that threatened me to cancel my lease because of the police raids to the flat and fighting and broken windows, extreme concerns from the neighbours etc and those sort of problems.
Now I want to end my contract with them, they are ignoring me and doing nothing. Now they leave meno choice but to have to go to court for the eviction and spend out of my pocket.
I want to warn prospective landlords to keep my situation in mind before and during working with this company.

Extremely unprofessional company. Whilst they may provide a needed service to the landlords and tenants, their complete disregarding for neighbours affects by problem tenants is absolutely appalling.

I have endured problem tenant neighbours from this company on not 1 but 3 occasions.

The first tenants were evicted by The Rent Guarantee Company. The second tenants were reported to the police on many occasions due to domestic violence and the latest has by far been the worst possible.

Evidence was provided over a period of 4 months, with local authorities, environmental health and police involved yet they still took no action against their tenant who was in breach of their contract, this also jeopardising the leaseholders contract as she too was in breach. However The Rent Guarantee Company were receiving their money and they just did not care.

I have been forced to go down the route of their internal complaints procedure, which they have failed to reply to and sadly I am not surprised by this.
I have also contacted the ICO and complained regarding data breaches where confidential information about me was given to the said tenant. I have evidence of this, despite that TRGC have denied this. This matter still continues.

With regards to the problem tenant, our block of 6 flats have had the complete displeasure of a barrage of abuse, harassment, threatening behaviour, noise disturbance and drug use all from this 1 tenant. Our lives have been made a living hell. The police have been in attendance untold about of times, warnings issued by Environmental Health, CCTV has been used to capture behaviour for our safety, raids have taken place and finally, arrests made. All the while, TRGC had power to stop this behaviour but did not believe it was happening and required more evidence!

For the sake of a guaranteed rent for your property, do you really want this type of tenant in your property? Sadly, this is probably exactly the type you will get.

The main issue with this is the fact that TRGC will support their tenants vile behaviour and even apologise to the problem tenant for the neighbours complaining about them. One of their employees even had the audacity to comment on the fact that I was just moaning. The fact that actual video and recorded evidence was supplied to them, of their tenant terrorising the neighbours obviously means nothing.
Following on from this I have evidence of this employee discussing me in the flat corridor with their tenant. This is not only unprofessional but also extremely disappointing. This is exactly the type of behaviour that caused my personal data to be shared with the tenant and added to the harassment my family and I endured at the hands of their tenant.

I have no doubt that this company, apart from a couple of employees, are amazing for many landlords and do a great deal to help with the dire housing situation for local authorities, however, the way this whole situation has been handled is beyond unprofessional and inhuman in many ways.

We, as a block, are hoping this really does make TRGC think about their choice of tenant in the future. Sadly, I doubt anything will change in regards to their professionalism towards neighbours.

I was nervous about renting my house out long term however the tenant they have put into my property is looking after my property as if it was their own home.

I am reassured that not only is my rental income guaranteed but they manage the relationship with the tenant and myself.

I couldn’t be happier.
