Been a customer of ETI for a long time (over 15 years) and have never had to contact them before, for a product complaint. The product complaint was small and dealt with quickly and efficiently by Leah, who agreed that this was a one-off incident of a product failure as no other records had been recorded and agreed to credit us for the product immediately. Leah was helpful, friendly, efficient and made the whole process easy.

I contacted ETI as I required an urgent quotation for a product. I spoke to a very helpful colleague, Abi, who sent me a quotation over straight away, which meant that I could get the product ordered before the weekend!

Lorraine (Sales Office Coordinator) provided great customer service, offering technical guidance on the solutions that would best meet our business' needs. Throughout the process, the order needed to be amended on several occasions as our business' needs evolved, yet Lorraine remained friendly and patient throughout, despite the inconvenience this must have caused for Electronic Temperature Instruments Ltd.

The products are really good quality, accurate and trustworthy. Every interaction I have had with the company has been a joy.

I love my Thermapen, it has revolutionized how I cook and bake. So, when I recently had an issue with it, I contacted their customer service. It has been such a positive experience! I received an impressively prompt and friendly response. My issue was quickly resolved to my great satisfaction in a few short days. What an outstanding product and customer service!!

Recently had to return a DOT temp probe under warranty.
Lorraine and the team at ETI kept me updated on the process and had a brand new one ready to collect in a few days.

I live in Malta (an EU country) and ordered a Thermapen One directly from the website. Izaskun contacted me and let me know it would be better for me to buy from the local Maltese supplier, as the UK is no longer in the EU and I would be charged customs and other tariffs. She referred me to the local supplier, and I received a full refund within one day of cancelling my order.

Customer service was a bit slow at first, but once Izaskun processed my complaint, everything went very quickly and smoothly. Izaskun is always very friendly and responds quickly to my emails. Overall, I am very satisfied with my Thermapen, but unfortunately it had a technical defect. Despite not having the receipt, I was kindly offered a replacement. Great customer service. Thank you.

Great range of reliable products and at sensible prices. Where customer service nowadays is often lacking and suppliers aftersales support is often non existent once the sale is made - there is none of that with ETI.
Always helpful with product knowledge and happy to help if you are having problems with the instrument(s).
Have been using them for over 15 years because of the above and will continue to do so in the future.

Ich wollte das Produkt ursprünglich direkt über ETI beziehen, weil sie der Hersteller sind und ich auf Qualität und direkten Service Wert lege. Leider war das aufgrund zolltechnischer Gründe nicht möglich, weshalb ich es letztlich lokal gekauft habe.

Trotzdem war der Kundenservice bei ETI herausragend: schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Man hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen, meine Fragen zu beantworten – ohne aufdringlich zu sein oder den Kontakt sofort abzubrechen, nur weil kein Kauf zustande kam.

Ein Unternehmen mit Haltung und echtem Kundenfokus. Vielen Dank – ich komme definitiv wieder auf ETI zurück, sobald ein Direktkauf möglich ist!

Big thank you to Michael and Ben, first class customer service, clear and prompt replies to my communication, arranging a replacement smoke receiver which was delivered in quick time, was greatly appreciated.

It’s extremely rare to experience such a high level of customer service like I received from both Michael and Ben, will definitely be using ETI in the future.
