We had a valuable rug cleaned here. We chose the most expensive treatment and it was worth it. The rug came back in excellent condition, like new. We acquired an underlay from them too, but it got lost in delivery due to a mix up with the address for delivery. I am pleased to say that Rug Laundry dealt with this issue professionally and sorted a refund for us. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great experience from start to end. We have a hand made Berber rug which we’ve never had cleaned (but desperately needed it). It’s come back with minor repairs carried out expertly and looking like new. Stains removed. Very, very impressed with the service.

We bought our rugs from Nepal over 30 years ago and they had never been cleaned. We were so pleased with the results, beautiful colours just like new. One of them had a sticker on the packaging to say they couldn't get all stains out but it looks perfect, we can't find any marks. Will definitely use them again and won't wait another 30 years!

Well from the initial email to the final delivery of our sheepskin rug the process was extremely well managed and The Rug Laundry I recommend to all.

All communication was smack on as was the collection and delivery, to the phone call from the driver saying he’s just under hour away, fantastic service.

Our rug was a sheepskin and needed a clean and it’s now as good as new and white, yes white in fact I think the original owner Shaun wants it back.

Yes of course I’m going to ask for my money back promptly but what you forgot to mention is you didn't refund the whole amount we payed you including delivery charges. You knew exactly what the rug was like as we chose & payed for the wool rug cleaning package that should have not caused any dyes to run and we didn’t expect a wool rug to be sent back wet and stinking! You are a rip off and I will not recommend you to anyone ever!

Great service and terrific end result: two very dirty, dusty rugs - one sheepskin octo, one very large Afghan - transformed into their “new”condition. The Rug Laundry met all my expectations so highly recommended

The whole process has been brilliant and I’ve been stunned at the quality of my rugs when they came back, they look like new. I opted for collection and delivery as part of my package, and the pick up and return process was excellent, with good communication and coming when they said they would.

These guys are GREAT! In a world where reliable and good service and products are rare, this was amazing. My rugs - in dire need after eight years of muddy paws, etc. - were collected and delivered at the agreed dates/times. They came back to me looking like brand new rugs. They look fantastic and their prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

First time I've used them. They run a very professional business. The pick up and delivery service was excellent. I had a handwoven Persian rug cleaned at their site and I just can't believe how bright it looks. The colours are amazing. Look at their videos. They use great technology to get these results!

A fantastic, super-professional service from start to finish. My initial enquiry was given a swift and personal response, all my questions answered by Katie and I was given an honest assessment of the rugs I wanted cleaned. My rugs had never been cleaned in many years and were not straight forward, including unusual textures, difficult fabrics and one special Tibetan tiger rug, all of which had been ruined by our cat. I really appreciated their honest opinion about how good the final result would be on one of the rugs because of the linen/bamboo mix but now I wish I had sent it as well, so good were the final results of the other two rugs that came back. They looked as if we'd never had a cat! Collection and delivery was seamless. Communication throughout impeccable. And the results were fantastic. Would definitely recommend The Rug Laundry in Bristol.

I dont usually leave reviews unless a product or service is exceptional and believe me this company deserve a review. From speaking with a lovely young lady named Katie, who is an asset to this company, to the pick and and delivery through UPS, and the final result everything was amazing.
This rug had cost £600 20 years ago in a sale but it had been lying rolled up in a damp cellar for the last 15yrs.It stunk and had been stained by our dog. The wife wanted to throw it out as she was clearing the cellar, but for some reason was sentimental about the rug.I dont know how much replacing the rug would have cost today but i guess it would have been quite expensive.
I found The rug laundry online and gave Katie a call. Nothing was to much trouble. The rug arrived back yesterday and we are both amazed. The rug is immactulate and smells clean. The wife is over the moon, but not as much as me at not having to pay for a new one. Thanks Katie and the rest of the team. I will be back and I have passed on your details to friends and family. Wish I'd know about Blue light discount to save 15% on bill as |I have a card but didnt know till afterwards.perhaps you could make that apparent on your website in future. But saying that I did not feel that your service was overly expensive.

Excellent Service. I have used Rug Laundry for many years. They always clean my rugs superbly, I have 4 dogs so they do get mucky. They come back clean and smelling good!

I spilt coffee on a lovely cream coloured Gabeh rug and thought it was ruined but Rug Doctor did a fantastic job. Easy drop off and return to Cardiff. I’m very satisfied and am thinking of using again for other rugs.

Excellent communications and instructions about sending the large rug. A very good result -"lovely and clean", as they claim!

Wow!!! These guys really know their stuff. I have had my carpets throughout the house done and they look brand new. Troy and Aled were so lovely and very professional. It took them no time at all, and I was amazed how quickly the carpets dried. No additional heat was needed and we were able to walk on them in about an hour. I can recommend these guys enough.
