I was selling my saddle and have managed to completely avoid the hassle of selling it through Facebook ect and managed to get around what I was looking for it! Absolutely outstanding, faultless service. A breath of fresh air in the world of buying saddles. I ordered one saddle and unfortunately my saddler couldn’t come out in the trial period (my fault!) unfortunately it was too long for my horse. Rung customer services and asked to swap it for a more suitable one, DPD picked the first saddle up the next day, and once retuned the second saddle was posted and received very quickly. Have since recommended to other people on the yard and they’ve have also had flawless experiences. Also ordered a girth and exactly the same faultless service. Extremely impressed and will be a returning customer if the need arises! Would recommend 10 times over.
