The service, packaging and delivery were all excellent. The only reserve I have is that I believe I ordered 'Roasted Garlic Salt' (as one of three items) but received 'Ghost Pepper' instead. At least... ãã£ãšèŠã

I must admit, there was an initial stuff-up with my order (I received the wrong item) - but more importantly, their excellent service upon learning of the mistake more than made up for it. They even let me keep the item they'd sent by mistake.

Amazing products! I purchased a range of flavoured salts - the Indian Black and the Habanero are my favourites and also a salt block which is the BOMB! Not only beautiful to look at and present with - it brings veggies and tomatoes to the next level of deliciousness (its not always about meat and fish!) I did have a tiny issue with using my gift voucher (computer glitch I think) but after a phone call with one of the team it was quickly sorted out and my order was processed with no problems.
