The service, packaging and delivery were all excellent. The only reserve I have is that I believe I ordered 'Roasted Garlic Salt' (as one of three items) but received 'Ghost Pepper' instead. At least... もっず芋る

I really love The Salt Box

I really love The Salt Box. I have purchased from them 3 times so far. Great service. Very quick. The quality is great and good price, You cant buy good quality salts at the supermarket. Also feels good to know that you are supporting and AUSTRALIAN business.

Overall great experience

Products are great and the site is user friendly and straightforward to use! The shipping was relatively fast even considering the current issues with deliveries of packages.
Will definitely be purchasing from The Salt Box again!

Hi Neil, I can see on the Aramex site your ETA from Fastway says 14th Jan and Delayed sorry. I have attached below information from the Shippers site. I will check it's progress over the coming days for you.

Due to the ongoing impacts on delivery operations, several depots have been subjected to temporary closures and reduced staff capacity across drivers and specifically call centre teams.
Significant delivery delays in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Geelong and Bendigo
Please allow up to 5 business days past ETA for a parcel to be delivered.

Highly recommended

Had a slight mixup with the order. Salt box staff fixed it in moments! That’s the sign of a fantastic business! Their table salts are extremely well priced and absolutely delicious . Highly recommended!!

Love it

I loved my previous email so have bought again. Due to Christmas I’ve not had time to use the Himalayan salt but am really looking forward to it. Postage was super quick.

Sorry for the delayed response we closed on the 22nd Dec have just returned from Christmas Break.
I'm happy to see you received your order two days later on 23rd it was awaiting collection at your LPO.
We did received your email on 21st Dec asking where your 2nd item was and replied same day as below -
Hi Mat,
The Auspost site says 1 of 2 parcels has been delivered, the consignment has 2 to be delivered and looks to have been split up in transit and the second will follow. The second was scanned in Melb on Saturday18th and will arrive in the following days. I hope you see it soon. Kindest Ellissa :)
