The School Trip are fantastic! They help so much with a school trip cutting out a big part of the booking process which can be very stressful for teachers! The whole team is fantastic and I will use them for trips for as long as I can!

The School Trip offered the best deal on tickets for 60 children to watch Matilda the Musical. We were allocated incredible seats in the stalls for £25 each, including 6 free adults. They took the stress out of searching for tickets and communicated well.

Huge thanks go to Colin, from The School Trip, who was so helpful, making the planning of this trip very user friendly. A minor communication error was quickly rectified, and all went smoothly. The Gillian Lynne Theatre staff (esp. Romy) could also not have been more helpful, making the evening a joy.

The group of children I brought really enjoyed it! The actors were wonderful, and the staff was very accommodating. They carefully looked after all of our bags and were patient with the children. Highly recommend for children around 5-10. Any younger than 5 might get a bit frightened in the darker rooms; older than 10 might find it geared more towards the little ones, but this really depends on the specific child. There is a nice play area for the children to enjoy after the experience, with coloring, games and treats for purchase. We had a wonderful time!

What an amazing show! The talent on stage was phenomenal and our children loved watching it. The staff were great with us.

The staff were extremely helpful at the venue. The exhibition itself was breathtaking and the students reported they found it educational and very interesting.

They really helped find a suitable trip for our year group as well as affordable for our families. They didn't give up and after many suggestions they found us 'The Paddington Ber Experience!'

Our recent school trip to The Paddington Experience in London was truly memorable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately engaged the students and made them feel part of something special.
The experience itself was wonderfully immersive, bringing the world of Paddington Bear to life in a way that was both magical and educational. The attention to detail throughout the sets and activities was outstanding, allowing pupils to step directly into scenes inspired by the beloved stories. The interactive elements encouraged participation from all students, helping to build confidence and teamwork as they explored each part of the adventure together.
One of the highlights was how well the experience catered to a range of ages and abilities. Every child was able to engage, laugh, and contribute, making it inclusive and accessible. It was particularly lovely to see how the storytelling captured their imagination, with many students discussing their favourite moments long after the visit had ended.
The organisation of the trip was excellent. Staff at the venue were highly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and safely. Transitions between activities were well managed, keeping the group moving without any sense of rush or confusion.
Overall, The Paddington Experience provided a fantastic balance of fun, creativity, and learning. The School Trip was great to work with when organising our trip to Hadestown musical in the West End. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Everything was well organised, making the planning process much easier and helping the trip run smoothly on the day. Our students had a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely use them again for future trips.

We would like to thank Colin for all his help with the booking, management, and ticketing for Matilda the Musical. It was a pleasure working with him, and we truly appreciate his guidance and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Booking experience was great, no issues and very helpful and accommodating staff (Colin) that kept checking in throughout the process.
Staff at the venue were friendly and helpful.
Organisation out on the street and lobby was good.
Seating in the theatre and exiting the theatre was quite hectic but that's to be expected.
Would have been ideal to be seated in full rows - understand that there would be separation but we had pockets of 4/6 children randomly placed around. The random pockets were also seated at the back behind high school children - we are a primary school so was difficult for some of them to see.
Overall, well organised considering it's a central London theatre.

Support in the build-up to organising the visit was great. I was really impressed by the set and the actors. All activities were engaging and at an appropriate level for our children. Everyone had a great time!

The only issue we had was that on a rainy day, the children had to eat on the floor by the entrance, as we were told food from outside could not be eaten on the benches where the experience ends. I thought this was a little petty and school visits should really be an exception to this rule.

The communication was excellent. Colin and the team made the booking and payment process very easy. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely book another show with ‘the school trip’ soon.
