After a long wait to actually get on the course it was well worth the wait. My first term @ Pinner has been amazing and can’t wait to start my second term.The cost of the course was reasonable and included all the equipment needed to complete each class.
The classes were well run and friends were made over coffee and cake during the sessions.
Luca, our tutor, and Param and his mum made us all feel welcome and encouraged and praised our work. It was lovely to see our best pieces on display at the end of term exhibition.

I’ve attended four intermittent courses of the Season’s Art class, and the experience has been transformative. The initial syllabus was excellent for establishing a baseline, while subsequent levels are thoughtfully designed to challenge and progress your skills. Each class provides a practical "toolbox" of methods to help you reach your goals.
The team is exceptional. Our tutor, Stella, is a natural teacher who is constantly sharing "tips and tricks" that make the process much easier. Suma, the branch owner, is incredibly supportive; as an artist herself, she stays actively involved and provides gentle, constructive criticism. Lakshmi, the assistant, is equally talented and always ready to offer helpful advice. All three create a very encouraging environment. Thanks to their support and the variety of media we explore, I’ve seen significant personal growth in my artwork.

I’m trying to find out the definitive cost of a term at Seasons. It’s well hidden . Or perhaps as a franchise owners set their own rates? I’d like to know as the website seems to avoid mentioning it . When one has limited funds as I do i need to budget & I need companies to be transparent

I have just finished my second term at Seasons Art class, Congleton and have loved it. I have learnt loads and now try and find time to draw and paint outside the class (mainly dogs!) too as it’s so enjoyable and relaxing. Tuesday afternoons have become a time to escape the stresses of life and stop worrying about things! Steph and Alison are lovely, encouraging and entertaining! I will definitely be continuing these classes. So glad I found them!

A lovely friendly supportive environment. We all have a lot of fun, and the tuition is excellent. I have learnt so much about different mediums and techniques, even though I have painted before. It really is a high point in my week

I hadn’t done any art in years, but after seeing how much one of my friends has progressed since attending The Seasons Art classes, I decided to give it a try myself. I joined the classes in Congleton and absolutely loved them - the three hours fly by!

Alison is a fantastic tutor. She demonstrates each step clearly and offers helpful guidance throughout. Even when I feel like I’ve made a complete mess, her positivity, encouragement, and practical suggestions help me keep going and I always end up going home with something I’m genuinely proud of.

Steph is lovely as well and makes sure everything runs smoothly, so you always have what you need.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Seasons Art Class to anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner, a seasoned artist or returning to art after a break.

I’ve loved my time with the Congleton Art Group. Alison & Steph are both so lovely and helpful. All the materials are provided, and we get helpful instructions and tips at the beginning of each class. However, we’re always encouraged to use our own creativity, and it’s a great chance to meet people, make friends, and get creative with some fun art. I highly recommend this group.. it’s definitely for all abilities, and it’s more about enjoying your creative side.

I am about to enter my third class after Easter at the Congleton branch. It was with trepidation that I joined following a long stretch of health and personal problems and no confidence in my ability . It’s the best thing I could have done. I absolutely love it and it’s the highlight of my week. I’m so into it that I try to do some sort of artwork every day. This is what our teacher, Alison, and organiser, Steph, have given to me. Both are wonderful! I wish I’d done it years ago. We are a lovely welcoming and friendly bunch who all support each other. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Don’t hesitate, join us and you’ll be surprised at how much you learn and what you can achieve!

Alison and Steph make a great team at Seasons Congleton. Always upbeat and enthusiastic, they are very encouraging about our work and enable us to produce different creations each week within a friendly, supportive group.

I joined Congleton Seasons Art Class almost a year ago and can honestly say it’s become my favourite time of the week. I have always loved painting but never had the time to really practice so when I retired it was my goal to find a course that would help me improve. I found Seasons Art online and joined. Congleton is such a welcoming group and we support each other so positively. The sessions are relaxed, informal and fun. Alison, our tutor, is engaging, enthusiastic and a skilled artist herself and is a true inspiration. Steph, keeps everything running smoothly and she will always go out of her way to help with whatever you need and always with a smile.
I was uncertain about the mixed media as my interest was watercolour but trying different things and being taken out of my comfort zone has been very beneficial - there is so much to learn from trying something new.
Joining Seasons Art Class has been money very well spent!

I attend the Congleton class. I'm improving my knowledge of art and techniques and being able to try different art mediums, without the expense of buying them first as all the materials needed are supplied for each lesson. We have a wonderful artist Alison who teaches us with a demo before we start, she has a wonderful sense of humour and makes our class really fun, she always finds the positive in our work and gives us constructive feedback no matter our ability. Steph our lovely organiser/ franchisee is so accommodating and friendly and makes us all feel so welcome to our classes and she always seems to find whatever we need and always with her lovely big smile. I've loved every lesson and I've learnt so much, my art has definitely improved as a result, but the icing on the cake for me has been meeting lots of lovely like minded, supportive people and to have even made new friends. I absolutely love it.

A five star experience filled with learning ,support and laughter !
Alison is a gifted teacher and relates to everyone .You never leave the class feeling sad or defeated by any challenge .
Steph is the kindest human being on the planet ,always helpful going the extra mile to deliver the best for every student.
I have learned so much.It will be my seventh course in Autumn 2026 and I plan to keep going .
Top tip...Alison and Steph are true ambassadors for the brand..cherish them ..we do !

After getting my art o level as a teenager, I've always loved art but never had the time or the confidence to carry on after school...42 years later, recently retired, I signed up for 14 weeks with seasons in Congleton. Wow! A lovely teacher (Alison Stafford) and lovely support from Steph the owner and I was away! Kind, helpful, positive teaching and great tips on techniques mean that I've actually created some art that I'm rather proud of! I bought the beginners pack, which has good quality materials in, and everything I needed to begin again.
Anyone considering joining ...just go for it! I've made lovely new friends as well as lovely new art!!

I've been attending every season since the first one and just love it. The topics and type of media vary throughout each season. I am often taken out of my comfort zone which is great because I am often surprised at what I have achieved. Steph and Alison make a fabulous team and are always there to help. Alison is an artist and excellent teacher. Steph is the knowledgeable and dependable source of everything we need to make the class extra special. Both help build up my confidence when I feel overwhelmed and so the class is to me a necessary source of stability in my sometimes mentally-draining life.

From the moment I arrived as a beginner at Seasons Art Congleton, I was made to feel welcome, by Alison (teacher), Steph (organiser) and all the other students. I have now completed my 3rd term and will be going back for a 4th. Alison and Steph are phenomenal and make the classes so enjoyable. Alison is a fantastic teacher and my art has improved every term with her support and guidance. Steph has the organising side off to a T, always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They both make it a great atmosphere, whether you are a beginner or returner, there is always something new to learn and you are made to feel welcome. The whole group is so supportive of each other and full of advice, if asked. Highly recommend Seasons Congleton, looking forward to next term.

Having had no previous experience in art, I am producing work I am proud to exhibit, in a relaxed, friendly and fun environment with no pressure and I was welcomed and made to feel part of the Group from the first week. Beginners are taught and guided all lesson alongside us Returners by our brilliant resident Artist Alison and we all encourage and help each other to produce work which progresses in standard each week. Our Organiser Steph provides us with a seamlessly run Class, plus’s snacks, and I am still amazed , after 2 years, at what I can do and have many pieces framed. The 3 hours fly by and we can complete projects at home too. I have only missed 2 classes through illness but the instruction video was emailed to me. It is money very well spent.

Creating with the seasons art class was just the ray of light after the dark nights of winter. Joining has given me new enthusiasm for my painting projects. The tutor was both highly skilled and helpful. And the group was warm and welcoming.

Seasons Art Class is the highlight of my week. Steph and Alison bring such great expertise, making every session both inspiring and enjoyable. Their guidance is supportive and encouraging, no matter your skill level, and I always come away having learned something new. A wonderful, creative space I really look forward to every time!

This is my second term, after starting as a newbie last time! Really enjoyed the different techniques and medias that we use to create some lovely artwork. Quite amazed at what ive managed to achieve as ive not done any art since school! Alison is an excellent teacher, very patient and always smiling and positive. Steph is helpful and provides everything we need each week to help us. Would definitely recommend this class as its friendly and suitable for all abilities.
